DISPLACEMENT QUALIFICATIONS OF W33DD-D
As shown in the included TVStudy interference analysis, the existing facility of W33DD‐D on CH 33 will cause impermissible interference of 3.35% to WJWN‐TV on its post repack channel, thus it qualifies for displacement.
As shown in the included TVstudy interference analysis, the proposed W33DD‐D facility in CH 31 is not predicted to cause interference to any Full Service or Class A TV stations in their pre or post‐repack channels, thus this displacement application and its grant is NOT conditioned to the Puerto Rico and USVI TV stations having completed their transition to the post repack channel. Station WSJU‐TV, CH 31, shown as receiving prohibited interference, has already relinquished its spectrum and turned off, as shown in the attached confirmation email from WSJU‐TV. Grafton Olivera
