Cartea "Magul din Java" va grăbi cu siguranţă ceea ce ar putea foarte bine să devină cea mai mare revoluţie a secolului al XXI-lea – confirmarea şi studiul energiei vitale cunoscuta in diferite traditii drept: 氣(气), Chi, Qi in China, Ki in Japonia, Prana in hinduism, Mana in traditia Huna, pneuma in Grecia antica si azi ca Orgon(Wilhelm Reich). "Spun 'voi(fiintele umane) sunteti zei' "(Ps 82:6; Ioan 10:34)/"I said, 'You are Gods'" (Ps 82:6 John 10:34); In Facerea 3.22 se vorbeste despre constienta, iar nu despre cunoasterea orizontala: "Dumnezeu a spus: "Iata omul s-a facut ca unul dintre Noi, cunoscand binele si raul. Si acum nu cumva sa-si intinda mana si sa ia roade din pomul vietii, sa manance si sa traiasca in veci"/In Genesis 3:22: "Then the LORD God said, "Behold, the man has become like one of Us, knowing good and evil; and now, he might stretch out his hand, and take also from the tree of life, and eat, and live forever ". Trebuie sa intelegem ca in Geneza se face referire la doi pomi la izvorul omnicunoasterii si al vietii, care se afla planul informational si in proiectiile acestuia in planul energiilor subtile:/Is necessary to know that in Genesis are mentioned two trees: Pomul binelui si raului(the tree of the knowledge of good and evil)= caderea in camera periferica a constiintei(pestera intunecoasa la care facea referire Socrate), caderea in minte; aparitia darului constientei discriminatorii a fost simultana cu manifestarea blestemului (s-a pierdut hrana divina, alimentarea de la izvorul cu apa vie, nemurirea si limbajul unic al speciei); omul a fost obligat sa treaca la hrana grosiera materiala, sa munceasca pamantul pt. a se hrani... Pomul vietii(tree of life)=calea vegherii care ne conduce la lumina vietii; in urma caderii in transa centrifuga s-a produs caderea, identificarea cu falsul ego(identitatea implantata) si cu trupul, a aparut moartea fizica (ruperea ancorarii naturale in izvorul vietii). • Jan Silberstorff Interview
My initial meeting with Jan Silberstorff was at a Taijiquan & Qigong Federation for Europe gathering in Prague in 2001. Of course the first “When I met Grandmaster Chen I felt I had thing that struck you was his unusual hairstyle which didn’t quite fit with the general perception we have of serious taiji practitioners. His skill however was soon evidenced by those who partook of his workshops in push hands or, like found a teacher with exceptional quality me, had the opportunity of touching hands with him in a free-play scenario. I later included a feature in issue no. 16 of this magazine which covered the aspects he was teaching there. who also taught a complete system...” Around that period I had reason to travel on a fairly regular basis to his hometown of Hamburg, Germany and I often dropped in to see him in his ’temple park.’ During our conversations, which lasted some time, his students would be standing, just standing, never moving. Once our conversation was over Jan would do a few corrections adjustments and work would continue. Being a regular teacher at Tai Chi Caledonia Jan alsways brings a quiet, understated depth to his work and engages openly, enthusiastically and authorotatively in debates. He recently released a book in English (Chen - Living Taijiquan in the Classical Style) which had enjoyed considerable success in his native Germany, idea of a worldwide association; I gave him the style qigong in the morning and all the forms qigong, which also includes standing meditation idea to name it World Chen Xiaowang Taijiquan and explosive exercises in the afternoon and and the two reeling silk sets.

There is growing evidence that the mind–body practice of Tai Chi, which originated in China as a martial art, has value in treating or preventing many health-related problems, such as stress and anxiety, and that regular practice helps to significantly improve wellbeing, attention, focus, and resilience. This intervention provided 12 sessions of Tai Chi for a group of 12 multidisciplinary healthcare workers and was general wellbeing was measured pre- and post-intervention. Using a mixed methods research design, it was discovered that there were statistically significant gains in well-being during this timeframe with results indicating a strong case for further roll out of the program to a larger pool and more extensive study. • Historia Del Tai Chi Chen Tai Chi Chuan Tradicional
