SECOND SUPPLEMENT TO THE GIBRALTAR GAZETTE No. 4355 of 27 March, 2017 LEGAL NOTICE NO. 53 OF 2017. IMMIGRATION, ASYLUM AND REFUGEE ACT UKRAINE (TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT) (NO 13 ) REGULATIONS 2017 In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 52A of the Immigration, Asylum and Refugee Act, and for the purposes of implementing Council Decision (CFSP) 2017/445 of 13 March 2017 amending Decision 2014/145/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, the Minister has made the following Regulations- Title. 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Ukraine (Travel Restrictions) (Amendment) (No.13) Regulations 2017. Commencement. 2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the day of publication. Amendment to Article 6. 3. Article 6 of the Ukraine (Travel Restrictions) Regulations 2014 is amended by replacing “2016” with “2017”. Amendment to the Annex. 4. The Annex to the Ukraine (Travel Restrictions) Regulations 2014 ( which reproduces Council Decision 2014/145/CFSP is amended as follows- (a) the entries for individuals “Gennadiy Nikolaiovych TSYPKALOV” and “Arseny Sergeevich PAVLOV” are deleted; and (b) by replacing all the entries corresponding to persons, entities and bodies with the following- GIBRALTAR GAZETTE, No 4355, Monday 27 March, 2017 “ Name Identifying Reasons Date of listing information Vladimir Andreevich DOB: 19.11.1956 As speaker of the 17.3.2014 KONSTANTINOV Supreme Council of the POB: Vladimirovka Autonomous Republic of (Владимир Андреевич (a.k.a. Actively supported use of Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine and the annexation of Crimea.
