Pursuant to the provisions of Article II, Section 4(c) of the Bylaws of the American Birding Association, Notice is hereby given to members of the American Birding Association, Inc. that the Annual Meeting of Members will be held on Saturday, 9 November 2019 at 4:00 PM, at the Harlingen Convention Center 701 Harlingen Heights Drive, Harlingen, TX 78552, and at any adjourned meeting thereof, as follows:

1 • The election of directors, as described on the reverse;

2 • For such other matters as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournments thereof.

Only members who are in good standing as of 9 November 2019 will be entitled to vote at this meeting. If you do not expect to attend the meeting in person, please complete the proxy ballot below, detach and place in an envelope, affix proper postage, and mail to American Birding Association, P.O. Box 744, Delaware City, DE 19706. Unless otherwise directed by you, your proxy will be voted for all nominated directors.
