The family Moric has an organic olive farm and the main occupation is producing certified organic olive oil in Montenegro, branded as “Moric Organic”. As a family business for more than 3 centuries, the farm is certified by national certification body Monteorganica and registered by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Montenegro.

That small farm covers cca 6ha and counts 1000 trees. Most of them are more than 350 years old.

After sightseeing the vineyards and having a short stop at the view point, you arrive in the cellar “Šipčanik”. In these rooms covering c.7000 square meters, the wine has been held and tended in almost perfect climatic and technological conditions.

The wine cellar Šipčanik is located in a reconstructed underground Airplane hangar of the Yugoslav Army. In explosion, which occurred inside the hangar following a NATO bomb attack in 1999, seventeen aircrafts type Orel were burnt out.

Fašinada – a tradition marked in Perast each year on this date since 1452. Zanjica or Little Lady is an island and a fortified monastery complex in Montenegro, located on a small stone island near the bay of Miriste, not far from Cape Arza, on Luštica on the east side of the entrance to Boka Kotorska. The island, commonly known as Mali Zanjic Island, is about 700 m² in size. In the archival sources, the monastery was first mentioned in 1508 as St. Maria de Sagnic. The date of this monastery building is unknown, but according to the architecture of the church and the extensive walls, it can be concluded that it dates from the 15th century.
