Nac ido e n Viena e n 1968, Be njam in Schmid estudi6 e n Salzburgo y en el Curtis Institute de Filadelfia. A los 18 afios gan6 eI primer puesto en el Concurso Internacional Yehudi Me nuhin, en Paris, premio que Ie fue otorgado por el violinista de jazz Stephane Grapelli, con quien se presento en varias ocasiones. En los afios siguientes gan6 otros concursos para cul minar en 1992 con cl Concurso Carl Flesch. donde obtuvo e1 Premio Mozart. el Premia Beethoven y el Premio de la Audie ncia. Su repertorio es extremadamente amplio; ademas de incluir las principales obras para violfn y orquesta, involucra obras de compositores austriacos como Berg, Goldmark, Hartman, Komgold, Krei sler. Schonberg 0 Webem, que ocu pan un lugar muy especial en aquel. Cada arto Schmid dedica una parte de su tiempo a ejecutar rmlsica de camera, y conforma un duo con el reconocido pianista Alfredo Perl con quien recientemente interpreto, con extraordinario exito, las integral de las Sonatas para violin de Beethoven en el Wigmore Hall de Londres; asi mismo conforma un trio con el violonchelista Clemens Hagen y el pianista Claudius Tanski , con quienes realiza frecuentes giras. La pasion de Schmid por el jazz, que comenzo a temprana edad, tambien se refleja en su agenda de conciertos. Su vasta trayectoria incluye presentacioncs con la Orquesta Filarrnonfa, la City of London Sinfonia, La Orquesta de Camara Inglesa y la Halle Orchestra en el Reino Unido: la Filarmonica de San Petersburgo y la Orquesta Sinfonica de 1a Radio de Moscu en la antigua Union Sovietica: la Orquesta Sinfonica Nacional y la Stnfonica de Houston en los Estados Unidos, y conciertos regulares con orquestas de Finlandia, Alemania y Aus tria. Schmi d es un dedicado profesor y ensefia en el Mozarteum de Salzburgo como profesor honorario: en adicion ofrece clases magistrales en escuelas intemacionales de musica como la de Dartington y el Royal Collage of Music de Londres.     DAVID FRÜHWIRTH Austrian violinist David Frühwirth is well on his way to establishing a firm place in the international music scene. Maestro Valery Gergiev invited the young Soloist to perform with Mariinsky Orchestra in St Petersburg. He performed Mozart concerto Nr. 3 and a new violin concerto from Olga Pochikhina, dedicated to the Soloist. He also played already a very successful Debut recital at the Salzburg Festival. From his several CD recordings his Debut CD Set „Trails of Creativity“received „Editors Choice“in Gramophone Magazine and Fono Forum. In 2011 David Frühwirth is again invited to perform on international concert stages like: Musikverein Vienna, Wigmore Hall London, Grosser Saal Mozarteum Salzburg, Historical Museum Moskau, Prinzregenten - Theater Munich.     Timea Sari wurde 1979 in Kiskunhalas, Ungarn geboren und erhielt ihren ersten Klavierunterricht im Alter von sieben Jahren. Nach ihrem Jungstudium am Konservatorium der Franz Liszt Musikhochschule in Szeged besuchte sie die Vorbereitungsklasse für die Musikakademie in Budapest. In den Jahren von 1999 bis 2005 studierte sie Hauptfach Klavier an der Hochschule für Musik und Theater München (Richard Strauss Konservatorium) in der Klasse von Sylvia Hewig- Tröscher. Während ihrer Studienzeit nahm sie an zahlreichen Meisterkursen in Deutschland, Österreich, Ungarn und USA teil, u.a. bei Prof. Hans Leygraf, Peter Feuchtwanger, Alfredo Perl, Prof. Klaus Schilde, Konstanze Eickhorst, György Sebök, Pavel Nersessian, Adam Kent, Mikhail Voskressensky, Nina Seregina, Mieke Stoel, Béla Siki, Tamás Ungar. Seit 2009 lebt sie in dem Sultanat Oman, wo sie an der Sultan Qaboos Universität als Fachbereichsleiterin (2009-2013) und Dozentin für Klavier tätig ist. Timea Sari was born in 1979 in Kiskunhalas, Hungary and began to play the piano at the age of seven. Later she studied at the Conservatory of the Franz Liszt Music Academy in Szeged and in Budapest. After her secondary studies in Hungary, she decided to pursue further studies in Germany, where she studied piano at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Munich (Richard Strauss Konservatorium) in the class of Sylvia Hewig-Tröscher. While completing her studies she also participated in numerous master-classes in Germany, Austria, Hungary and the USA led by Prof. Hans Leygraf, Peter Feuchtwanger, Prof. Klaus Schilde, Alfredo Perl, Konstanze Eickhorst, György Sebök, Pavel Nersessian, Adam Kent, Mikhail Voskressensky, Nina Seregina, Mieke Stoel, Bela Siki, Tamas Ungar.     HEIKO MATHIAS FÖRSTER Heiko Mathias Förster has been chief conductor and artistic director of the Janáček Philharmonic Ostrava since 2014. In recent years he has set many extraordinary musical accents in the musical life of the Czech Republic. His performance of the “Glagolithic Mass” of Leoš Janáček, a series with the early symphonies of Antonín Dvořák, but especially the interpretation of Bedřich Smetana's "My Fatherland" became a triumph for Heiko Mathias Förster and the Janáček Philharmonic. A milestone for the musical world was his conducting of Antonín Dvořák’s first opera “Alfred” in Prague. The live recording of the opera was awarded by MusicWeb- International with the prize "Recording of the Month". Heiko Mathias Förster has conducted the Prague orchestras for many years and is a welcome guest at the Prague State Opera. Here he directed performances such as “Madama Butterfly”, “Otello”, “The Magic Flute”, “The Three Pintos”, “La Traviata”, “Don Quixote” and “Salome”. Furthermore, Heiko Mathias Förster is a popular and successful conducting partner with opera stars.     HEIKO MATHIAS FÖRSTER Heiko Mathias Förster is the designated Chief Conductor of the Baden-Baden Philharmonic. He will take up his new position in September 2022 and will lead the orchestra for 5 seasons. Heiko Mathias Förster was chief conductor and artistic director of the Janáček Philharmonic Ostrava from 2014 to 2019. In recent years he has set many extraordinary musical accents in the musical life of the Czech Republic. His performance of the “Glagolithic Mass” of Leoš Janáček, a series with the early symphonies of Antonín Dvořák, but especially the interpretation of Bedřich Smetana's "My Fatherland" became a triumph for Heiko Mathias Förster and the Janáček Philharmonic. A milestone for the musical world was his conducting of Antonín Dvořák’s first opera “Alfred” in Prague. The live recording of the opera was awarded by MusicWeb- International with the prize "Recording of the Month". Heiko Mathias Förster has conducted the Prague orchestras for many years and is a welcome guest at the Prague State Opera. Here he directed performances such as “Madama Butterfly”, “Otello”, “The Magic Flute”, “The Three Pintos”, “La Traviata”, “Don Quixote” and “Salome”. Furthermore, Heiko Mathias Förster is a popular and successful conducting partner with opera stars.
