Conducted the strategic review of a relevant Brazilian education NGO: reviewed the situation of the Brazilian public education, identified and evaluated potential projects to be supported, and led the final discussion in a 2-day workshop with the board of directors. . Reviewed methodology, built calculation and monitoring tools, piloted and implemented a new compensation plan for a 6K people salesforce in a leading Brazilian cosmetics company. Assessed collection policy, identified and corrected an issue of US$ 4 M/month revenue loss.

Associate Consultant Aug. 2014 – Dec. 2016 . Assessed academic results and cost position for a full-time education model, an alternative to the model prevalent in Brazil. Identified levers to save 25% of costs. The Ministry of Education used findings to create the legislation for a nationwide US$ 250 M High School Reform. The project won Bain’s Social Impact Results Challenge in the Americas in September 2017. . Benchmarked the impact of global transparency measures and agreements on 20+ countries to inform a government in Central America in preparation for joining a multilateral agreement. The country announced its entry in the agreement in 2016 that was to become effective in 2018.

Office Contributions . Led Bain’s recruiting initiatives in Santa Catarina and Bain’s partnerships with two student-led organizations. . Co-organized Bain’s Strategic Challenge in 2016, the largest case competition in Latin America, with +1900 students from top universities in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Mexico. Leader – Projects Department Apr. 2013 – Jun. 2014 . Evaluated opportunities, prospected and closed deals, implemented projects and consolidated new product applications and features to insert Geekie’s online education platform into new markets of Primary, Corporate and Professional Education. Led 5 people in the Projects department. . Co-created and managed the 1st edition of Geekie Games, a project to provide public school students with Geekie’s free preparation solution for the National High School Exams. 11 state Secretaries of Education adopted the platform, accumulating 2 million users in 2 months. It became the Ministry of Education’s official exam-training platform in 2016.

BRASIL JÚNIOR, Brasília, DF Brazil – Brazilian Confederation of Junior Enterprises, with 20K undergraduate students in 700 junior companies in 2018.

President Jan. 2012 – Jan. 2013 . First and only female to be elected for president of the organization for the past 16 mandates. . Managed a team of 60 people. Increased the organization’s fundraising from US$ 23 K to US$ 58 K with the launch of a new sponsorship program. Implemented the first Recruitment Process Exclusive for Junior Entrepreneurs in partnership with Itaú-Unibanco. . Led the Brazilian Junior Enterprise Movement to increase the number of associated student-run companies from 186 to 212, and for the first time achieve all 27 states with junior initiatives, representing more than 7000 undergrad students. . Collaborated on the creation, writing and proposal of a bill to the Federal Senate to regulate the activity of Junior Enterprises in Brazil. The bill was presented to the Senate in 2012 and approved in 2016. Contributed with content for a book about this process (A lei das empresas juniores: estudo sobre o marco legal da educação empreendedora no ensino superior, JusPodivm, 2016). .
