BEVERAGE MENU
The following beverage selections represent a thoughtful and deliberate process of choice. The choices are influenced by the things that matter the most to us; those being relationships, family, sustainability and excellence. Our goal is to share the stories of why the selections are unique and special while creating lasting memories and providing exceptional service. The stories of the people and of the places are what we love to convey the most.
The wines found throughout are from classic wine regions of the world, rooted in their regions’ history. Many of the selections come from small, family-owned wineries driven to produce outstanding wines that are never subjected to undue manipulation while the remainder come from importers that we consider dear friends and that have shaped the landscape of American wine culture.
Other selections include classic cocktails as well as delicious and creative signature drinks that draw inspiration from the classics with consideration to wellness and curative ingredients. In staying true to our love of locality and sustainability, the beer selections come from the Blackberry Farm Brewery. A collection of spirits is also built-in that highlights hard to find and pedigree distillers.
As you peruse the selections, we invite you to reference the index of producer and winery anecdotes found in the back of the menu. We will be happy to use our knowledge of these products to make the best suggestions based on your preferences.

BIG PROOF, BIG FLAVOR $35
Colonel E.H. Taylor, Barrel Proof, Frankfort, KY Chattanooga Straight, 111 Proof, Chattanooga, TN Elijah Craig, Barrel Proof, Bardstown, KY
Often, the difference between higher proof and lower proof whiskeys is the amount of water added at bottling by the distillery to lower the final proof. Many whiskey enthusiasts enjoy higher proof expressions because they often contain a greater concentration of flavor and one can control the amount of water added to their personal preference. Enjoy these selections of minimal-to-no water added whiskeys for some bold flavors.
TOUR OF KENTUCKY RYE $40
Sazerac 6-year, Frankfort Wild Turkey Master’s Keep, Cornerstone, Lawrenceburg Willett, Small Batch, 4-year, Bardstown
While bourbon might be the most popular contemporary American whiskey product, historically rye whiskey reigned supreme. In early U.S. history, whiskey was mostly produced in the northeast in places like Pennsylvania and Maryland where rye was a grain in much greater excess than corn or wheat. Enjoy these tasty and historic whiskeys from three iconic Kentucky distilleries.
THE END OF THE RAINBOW $50
Old Bushmills, Three Wood, 16-year, County Antrim Yellow Spot, Single Pot Still, County Cork Cooley Distillery, John L. Sullivan, 10-year, County Louth
The word “whiskey” (or whisky) comes from the Irish (or Gaelic) “uisce beatha” meaning water of life. In 1915, Ireland was the world’s leading producer of whiskey, pumping out 12 million cases a year. Then, in the space of just 30 years, the industry was decimated by two world wars, British trade restrictions, Prohibition in the United States, and Ireland’s bloody fight for independence from the United Kingdom. Since the 1990s, Irish whiskey has undergone a major resurgence, and for the next twenty years it was the fastest growing spirit in the world. Enjoy a thoughtfully curated selection of our favorite brands.
