GENERAL CONCEPT

Each plenary session is composed of 1 top expert, several panelists, 1 moderator and 2 rapporteur(s). They are selected on the basis of their recognized competence and with due account of equitable geographical and gender representation.

For each plenary session, an expert has prepared a paper on the relevant theme and will present it

orally (15-20 minutes). The moderator will drive the discussion within the panel on this paper (1

hour) after which the floor will be open for discussion with the audience (1h30), also guided by the moderator.

Round tables are proposed and organized by the participants. They offer time for free discussion to ensure in-depth debate on subjects linked with the main topics of the Forum.
