This abstract diagnoses become main political and religious tool pending many centuries. Not long time ago Ronald Reagan call Soviet Union as the “Empire of Evil”. Later, almost in the same way other American president Gorge Bush jn. named the North Korea as the “ Bastion of Evil” and the dictator of Iraq Sadam Husein as the “Devil”. After these statements followed appropriate actions which changed our planet’s political landscape. Almost world’s every states potency depend on their religious establishments authority. Every day speedily build up new churches, mosques and God’s other communicative-commercial organizations. The name of God became most big business, which more and more interference into states internal affairs. If today’s trend continued and there are many evidenc- es to say so, Church soon will pretend world hege- mony. They only awaiting opportunity and suitable time will have appared the strong candidate for lead- ership, like John-Paul II. Created priesthoods greatest and richest class. Without them ordinal men can’t make even step. Priesthood and their ruling elite are peoples ruling most effective remedy. Some men thought that church not play in their life important role. The man which gifted special ability can say: “I have my position. I am unique. I don’t need mediator among me and God”, but this individuals are very few. Majority of population need church. Without religious mentor for them is diffi cult to orientation in the life. 5 When someone make mistakes and even com- muted sin he sad: “O! My God. it is not my fault. The devil enforce me to do this”. Devil makes goats of escape. In human society devil become so important as zero in mathematics. Without devil religious great buildings will have destroyed as cartoon houses. Devil was and is cornerstone of this buildings. Devil-Lucifer and Satan, same Azazel, Belzebel and many other names and nick names are one and same celestial being, with different names. About him exist many lore and traditions, which make this being the grandeur secret of mankind. But one is spectacular clear, Satan is not far from us. He is among us. Every one are agreed that Satan is greatest meaning. He is the most dangerous and in the same time most splendor creature. He is adventurers sub- ject of exaltation, but also he is our closest relative. He know our most clandestine thoughts which we kept in the far corners of our heart. At last Satan is member of our family, our senior brother. From ancient time scholars assumed that the uni- verse inhabited by visible and invisible beings, by ageless and humans dwellers. As echo of ancient knowledge, from Mesopotamia, Egypt, Greece and Rome Empire visualized many gods, goodness and many kind of spiritual beings. Later Christians on the face of it monotheists point of view more and more spoke about only one god, angels as heavenly mes- sengers from God and some spoke of fallen angels and demons. Concept about antagonism among Satan-God, Jews learned in the time of Babylonian captivity. That was oldest monotheist religious Zoroastrian- ism’s axle meaning. Good god Ahuramazda’s rela- tion with his evil opponent Aqua Manyu transformed into Judaism-Christianity Jehovah God -Satan-Luci- fer relation. One of the fi rst Jewish writings about God-Sa- tan, good-evil relation were documented in most profound and may be one of the oldest Bible story “Book of Job” which dated about 550 B.C. 6 Satan-God and his son’s relation described into every Jewish sects activity include Christianity which in fi rst centuries were one of the Jewish reli- gious sect. In the same time we should know that even though some negative speculations, Satan-Lucifer is son of God. God created he: “I form the light, and created darkness; I make peace, and created evil; I the Lord do all this things” (Isaiah 45:7). At that time belong Satan’s famous declaration: “I will assented above the heights of clouds; I will like the most high” (Isaiah 14:14). We only remind that the “Most High” is God him- self. Pending of his most high glory Satan always aspirated up and up. His lovey element were great heights and ices. Because of this his residence pal- aces were placed In Himalaya, Caucasus, North and South Poles. First centuries Christians and their followers gradually formed Lucifer-Satan as God’s belligerent opponent, which soon transformed as Jesus Christ hostile adversary. Jesus in the meanwhile to performed his heavy mission had many opponent in Jewish religious so- cieties, also in Roman administration, which at that time control the Judea. One of Jesus strongest oppo- nent was Satan, but does it so? Does not he attempt- ed to made agreement with Jesus during his known three meeting? Is really impossible Jesus Christ and Satan’s agreement – reconciliation to avoid predictable Ar- mageddon War? “Love your enemies, and pray for those who per- secute you,. so you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven” (Matthew 5:44-45). Reconcilation-not distraction. Glorify not demonize. Search and analysis Satan-Jesus probably recon- ciliation is what this book about. 7 ADAM’S THREE WIVES At one time Archangel Lucifer has met with his counterpart from Divine Court Jesus who claimed that he is God’s only Son and truth “Messiah”. It was special meeting before Armageddon war. Two prominent celestial leaders talk for a long time and among many debatable subjects they analysis how many wives had Adam. “You often called the Second Adam, this circumstance has their explanation. But Adam had in different times tree different wives and you had none. What the common among you?” said Lucifer. “What’s wrong Senior Potentate, why just today you want to talk about this routine story?” Jesus answered. “Because today when God’s wreath is so close I want to think about this. Every one knows only God’s version about everything. It is not correct. It is one sides play. Now time came and at last take hear and learn also my version of events,” said Lucifer to Jesus. “If it is so proceeding ahead. You have a green light” Jesus agreed. “First of all we should notes that before Sky Tyrant (God) created the first animals and humans He create Garden of Eden and I was witness of it because was the first lookout being of garden,” said again Lucifer. “God went to a beside a gently flowing river of sweet water. Than Sky Tyrant gathered big stones, each an entire moun- tain size, and built up a mighty walls. And then he plated the ground between the walls and soon garden was filled with mighty trees and nighttime sky was filled with stars. When garden was ready creator began think about human. What say about this official Bible?” said Lucifer to Jesus. “There is contradiction opinions about man’s creation” Jesus said and stated that: “God created man in His own image, in the image of 8 God He created him; male and female He created them( Genesis 1:27). This benchmark event happened into sixth day of creation. After this Genesis sad that God once again created human that: “Then the Lord God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being” (Genesis 2:7) Later Genesis 2:21 indicated: “So the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and he slept; then He took one one of his ribs and closed up the flesh at that place. The lord God fashioned into a woman the rib which He had taken from the man, and brought her to the man. (Genesis 21-22) The man sad: “This is bone of my bones, And flesh of my flesh; She shell be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man” (Genesis 2: 21-23), Conclude Bibles quotations Jesus. “From this quotations come out that Most High created man two times. He created first couple and second couple. What was the substance of the first couple we don’t know but we know that first member of the first couple was created from ground and the second member from his rib.

  • The Garment of Adam in Jewish, Muslim, and Christian Tradition
24 The Garmentof Adam in Jewish, Muslim, and ChristianTradition Stephen D. Ricks Although rarely occurring in any detail, the motif of Adam's garment appears with surprising frequency in ancient Jewish and Christian literature. (I am using the term "Adam's garment" as a cover term to include any garment bestowed by a divine being to one of the patri archs that is preserved and passed on, in many instances, from one generation to another. I will thus also consider garments divinely granted to other patriarchal figures, including Noah, Abraham, and Joseph.) Although attested less often than in the Jewish and Christian sources, the motif also occurs in the literature of early Islam, espe cially in the Isra'iliyyiit literature in the Muslim authors al ThaclabI and al-Kisa'I as well as in the Rasii'il Ikhwiin al ~afa (Epistles of the Brethren of Purity). Particularly when discussing the garment of Adam in the Jewish tradition, I will shatter chronological boundaries, ranging from the biblical, pseudepigraphic, and midrashic references to the garment of Adam to its medieval attestations. 1 In what fol lows, I wish to consider (1) the garment of Adam as a pri mordial creation; (2) the garment as a locus of power, a symbol of authority, and a high priestly garb; and (3) the garment of Adam and heavenly robes. 2 705 706 STEPHEN D. RICKS 1. The Garment of Adam as a Primordial Creation The traditions of Adam's garment in the Hebrew Bible begin quite sparely, with a single verse in Genesis 3:21, where we are informed that "God made garments of skins for Adam and for his wife and clothed them." Probably the oldest rabbinic traditions include the view that God gave garments to Adam and Eve before the Fall but that these were not garments of skin (Hebrew 'or) but instead gar ments of light (Hebrew 'or).

  • GOD's GREATEST SIN Rosh Hashanah Second Day October 1
GOD’S GREATEST SIN Rosh Hashanah Second Day October 1, 2019 2 Tishri 5780 Rabbi Jennifer R. Greenspan I have found, at least in my life, that we are often our own worst critics. We expect too much of ourselves, and we overuse the word “should,” trying desperately to reach some unattainable goal of perfection. I should be able to work a full-time job, maintain a clean home, cook and serve three healthy meals a day, and find at least an hour a day for exercise. I should be able to find time to meditate, go to bed earlier, get up earlier, still get eight hours of sleep, drink more water, and start a yoga routine. I should stop buying things I don’t need and be better about saving money. I should stop using disposable bottles, plastic straws, and eating anything that isn’t organic. I should come to synagogue more often. I should stop looking at my phone. I should use my phone to make sure I’m on top of my calendar. I should spend more time with my family. I should figure out how to be perfect already. How many of those “should”s that we constantly tell ourselves are really true to who we are, and how many come from a culture of perfectionism? When we are sitting in a season of judgement, how are we to judge ourselves and our deeds and our sins when we know we’re not perfect? In the Talmud, Rabbi Abbahu asks: Why on Rosh Hashanah do we sound a shofar made from a ram’s horn? אמר הקדוש ברוך הוא: תקעו לפני בשופר של איל כדי שאזכור לכם עקידת יצחק The Holy Blessed One said: use a shofar made from a ram’s horn, so that I will be reminded of the

WORDS: Cross, Grief, Victory, Blessings, Sacrifice LESSON FOURTEEN: THE WARFARE OF THE CROSS QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER: 1. Are you a person who only thinks of yourself? 2. How important is family to you? (Church family?) 3. Do you know that the family was the first institution God created? TEXT: JOHN 19:25-27 THE HEART OF THE LESSON: A CONVERSATION ABOUT FAMILY FROM A “CROSS” PERSPECTIVE Introduction: John, the writer of this book, is giving us a detailed and informative account of Jesus’ final moments on the Cross. Although he seemed to have, through history, rejected the recordings of other evangelists’ passages, now he comes face to face with the sufferings and death of his Master’s chain and cross. John has a renewed perspective because of the Cross. In fact, what John rejected from other evangelists, he now is placing great interest and emphasis on what he is about to witness. There were seven important conversations or last sayings that Jesus had on the Cross. In this lesson, we will look at the third saying which was Jesus showing concern and care for His family. 1. KINGDOM CITIZENS SIMPLY MUST KNOW THIS: “CARE FOR YOUR FAMILY;” (V25 NIV) says, “Near the cross of Jesus stood His mother, and His mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene.” Jesus was sending a powerful message that family matters! Family counts! Family means something! Jesus sees Mary standing there.

  • The Truth About Angels
PROJECT CONNECT PROJECT CONNECT PROJECT CONNECT The Truth About Angels by Donald L. Deffner I grew up during the Great Depression in the early 1930s. My father was a minister. Behind our small home was a dirt alley which led nine blocks to downtown Wichita, Kansas. I can remember when I was a boy the hungry, destitute men who came to the back door begging for food. My mother never turned them down. She shared what little we had, even if only a couple of pieces of bread and a glass of milk. My mother didn’t just say, “Depart in peace! I’ll pray for you! Keep warm and well fed!” (See James 2:16.) No. She acted. She gave. Often I was curious about these mysterious and somewhat scary men. I had a sense that they were “different” than I was, not worse, not better, just different. I always watched these strangers heading back up the alley toward downtown, and sometimes, in a cops-and-robbers fashion, I secretly followed them, jumping behind bushes so I wouldn’t be seen. I think I half expected them to suddenly disappear. After all, my Sunday school teacher, encouraging us to be kind and care for strangers, told us the Bible says that, by doing so, many people have entertained angels without knowing it (see Hebrews 13:2). I never saw any of the men disappear. They were ordinary, hungry human beings. But my Sunday school teacher was right. God does send His angels to us, and they do interact with us—not just to test us and see if we are kind, but to protect us and guide us.

Orientalism was defined for the lecture as the assimilation or imitation of that which is oriental in religious or philosophical thought, or in art. Through various mediums, including architectural examples, quotes from Mormons and their detractors, and travel literature, Dr. Francaviglia demonstrates that not only Mormons were compared to Oriental peoples and assigned Oriental traits, but they also actively attributed such traits

The Harsh Realities of Sin HAMARTIOLOGY - THE DOCTRINE OF SIN Intro Text: Romans 6:23 The late President Calvin Coolidge returned home from attending church early one Sunday afternoon. Because she was ill, his wife was unable to attend. When he returned, his wife enquired about the service. The president said "it was a nice one". She then asked about the sermon, to which he replied that "it was a good one". "What was it about", she asked. "He preached on sin", he said. "And…?" "Well, I think he was against it." In his book “Respectable Sins”, Jerry Bridges quotes Psychiatrist Karl Menninger: “The very word, ‘sin,’ which seems to have disappeared, was once a proud word. It was once a strong word, an ominous and serious word… But the word went away. It has almost disappeared-the word, along with the notion. Why? Doesn’t anyone sin anymore? Doesn’t anyone believe in sin?” The simple truth seems to be that the word… the very notion or concept of sin, seems to be found in one of two extremes: (1) On the one hand it is determined to be politically incorrect… judgmental… expressive of intolerance; (2) while on the other hand it is quite the topic of discussion and sermons… where taking the cultural high-ground, we shake our fists, wag our heads, cluck our tongues, and express copious amounts of dismay at the short-comings of others, and the moral decay of our society. But what of us… you and me… looking in the mirror… doing serious self- examination with the Bible as our guide and standard??? We are going to examine one of the most fundamental doctrines of the Bible - The Doctrine of Sin - Harmartiology….

  • The Generations of Adam
The Generations of Adam hat is the purpose of Bible chronology? According to Philip Mauro, in Wonders of Bible Chronology, “its basis is the Bible itself; its plan is the genealogical or life line that Wstretches from the first Adam to the last Adam ... and its purpose is to bring those who follow its progress to revelations of vital truth pertaining to God’s mighty work of redemption.” Genesis 5 reveals the time span between Adam and the worldwide flood of Noah’s time. The following table summarizes this time line: Age at: Anno Hominis Adam created 0 Adam's birth of Seth (130) 130 Seth's birth of Enosh (105) 235 Enosh's birth of Kenan (90) 325 Kenan's birth of Mahalalel (70) 395 Mahalalel's birth of Jared (65) 460 Jared's birth of Enoch (162) 622 Enoch's birth of Methuselah (65) 687 Methuselah's birth of Lamech (187) 874 Lamech's birth of Noah (182) 1056 time of worldwide flood Noah's 1656 (600) Before we analyze Genesis 5 further, a few general points must be made. First, the Bible is the only reliable source book that gives history with an exact chronology for the first 4000 years of the human race. It has been about 6000 years since the creation of man. For the first 3/5ths of this period, there is no chronological information whatever except in the Bible. The histories of other peoples give an account of their beginning vaguely and in the context of myths and fables. In contrast, the Bible is a very accurate historical document.
