1 Your art exam is on Tuesday June 2, 9:30–10:30am EST. You have music 9:00–10:00, but the music and art exams will take place in the same Zoom meeting. At 9:29 I will post the essay questions to Google Classroom as a posted question under the topic “Final Exam”. This way, you can record your answers directly on Google Classroom.
2 This study guide has two sections: 1). Art history chronology outline organized by period, and 2). Essay question topics that may appear on the test. The Art chronology outline lists the pieces of art included in the slide lists, colored coded by section (Western figural sculpture, Fauvism, still life painting, and landscape painting). Bolding indicates that the term is one that you must know/memorize. These will aid you in writing your essay.
3 Each of the four color coded sections is a topic in itself, so you should understand the similarities and differences of the pieces within it, as well as the overarching trajectory of themes and techniques throughout its art historical timeline. In the same way, each time period/movement has its own artists, pieces, themes, techniques, and trajectory. Art II Mr. Lucas Final Exam
