INTERIM RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2020 FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS • On a comparative basis (excluding the one-off profit and loss not related to operation for the corresponding period last year), the net profit attributable to equity holders increased by approximately 22% to RMB683 million, and the net profit margin raised from 9.0% to 11.1%; Including the one-off profit and loss not related to operation for the corresponding period last year, reported net profit attributable to equity holders decreased by approximately 14% and the net profit margin dropped from 12.7% to 11.1%. • Notwithstanding the impact of 2019 novel coronavirus disease (“COVID-19”) leading to a very challenging retail environment during most time of the period: – Revenue decreased slightly by approximately 1% to RMB6,181 million – Gross profit margin decreased by 0.2 percentage point – The operating leverage has been enhanced continuously, while the operating profit margin has been driven to 14.5% and increased by over 300 basis points – Achieve positive operating cash flow of RMB479 million – Continued improvement in working capital: Gross average working capital improved (reduced) by 7% while revenue decreased by approximately 1% Cash conversion cycle further improved (shortened) by 2 days (2019: 32 days/2020: 30 days) OPERATIONAL HIGHLIGHTS • Operation performance was negatively affected due to COVID-19 pandemic.

    Revista de Filología Alemana ISSN: 1131-0406 Vol. 10 (2002) 179-204 El Homo faber de Max Frisch como punto de partida para el desarrollo de nuevos modelos en la literatura suiza Isabel HERNÁNDEZ Universidad Complutense de Madrid ABSTRACT Max Frisch’s prose trilogy, formed by the novels Stiller, Homo faber and Mein Name sei Gantenbein, brought about the thematic formal renovation of the German prose throughout the second half of the twentieth century. This fact can be appre- ciated in many of the novels written in the German part of Switzerland during the 1970s and the 1980s since they refer, thematically or structurally, to the most sig- nificant of the three, Homo faber. This article intends to offer a succint view of this reality and begins with an analysis of the internal and external structures of that novel. I A pesar de que Max Frisch obtuvo sus primeros éxitos en el ámbito lite- rario gracias a un buen número de obras dramáticas1, fue tras la publicación de sus textos en prosa, y más concretamente de sus novelas, cuando encontró verdadero reconocimiento como escritor.     Literaturmagazin (Rowohlt): An Index Adam Siegel Copyright © 2017 by Adam Siegel Literaturmagazin (Rowohlt) Index / 1 Introduction Am Anfang das Manifesto, a stance that the most conflicted and complex publishing house in West Germany could take without risk of irony: "Für eine neue Literatur - gegen den spätbürgerlichen Literaturbetrieb." Rowohlt Verlag, pioneer of the German paperback, the Manny Farber termite of West German publishing (Suhrkamp, of course, the white elephant). Literaturbetrieb -- typical German summation. Previously, the German Literaturbetrieb had been dominated by Gruppe 47. After the suspension of Gruppe 47, after 1968, the field lay open. Rowohlt's commitment to "die neue Literatur," both in the Literaturmagazin and the companion series Das neue Buch can be read in retrospect as a cultural history of West Germany during the seventies (which we might demarcate as having taken place between the 1972 Munich Olympics and the fall of Helmut Schmidt's government). The Seventies: “Atmosphäre muss gereinigt werden von allen (rechten und linken) Spielarten des Obskurantismus und Opportunismus, von dem Pfaffentum, das heute die marxistische Lehre verwaltet, ebenso wie von der bürgerlichen Feuilletonmafia.”1 Of course Rowohlt continued to publish Literaturmagazin until 2001. Swiss-German Literature, 1945-2000 (1945-2000) Romey Sabalius (San José‚ State University) Places: Switzerland. For a nation with only seven million inhabitants, the literature of Switzerland is astonishingly complex. First, it should be noted that the small country actually possesses four literatures, respective to each of their language regions (German, French, Italian, and Rhaeto-Romansh). The literatures produced in the different linguistic regions have as little in common with each other as do German, French, and Italian literatures. Generally, the focal point for Swiss authors is the culture of the respective larger neighboring country. In the case of eastern Switzerland, where Rhaeto-Romansh is spoken by less than 100.000 people, authors publish primarily in German to reach a larger audience (Iso Camartin [1944-], Reto Hänny [1947-], Flurin Spescha [1958-2000]). In addition, the German language region of Switzerland is further divided by numerous dialects, which all differ immensely from standard German and to a significant extent from each other.

In this issue, we feature the CEIBS Shanghai Chapter W(International), the Guangxi Alumni Chapter and the CEIBS Golf Club. The CEIBS Alumni Association Shanghai Chapter (International) was established in November 2016, providing a “home” for the school’s English-speaking alumni. The Guangxi Alumni Chapter, though located thousands of miles away from the school’s main campuses, is a close-knit and friendly group of people who are full of positive energy. They are actively involved in supporting both their alma mater’s development and working for the public good. Persistence has paid off for the CEIBS Golf Club! After more than a decade of trying, they took the championship during the China Top Schools EMBA Golf League Competition.
