Hennessy!Black Red Berry Sangria

!Description: A luscious blend of fresh berries,!HennessyBlack & Red Wine

Premix:

1 750ml bottle - Casa Lapostolle Merlot

1 Basket- Fresh Raspberries

1 Basket- Fresh Blackberries

1 Basket- Fresh Blueberries

1 Basket- Strawberries

1/2 Cup- Sugar

12 oz - Cranberry Juice (optional: Cran-Raspberry)

(macerate for up to 24 hours prior to serving)

Before taking premix to the table add 12 oz club soda to premix.

Tableside presentation: Present premix in!punch!bowl or pitcher, stir in 1- 375ml bottle of!Hennessy!Black.

8 oz - Peach Schnapps 1 can (12 oz) - Kerns Peach Nectar

2 Peaches - Diced

1 Green Apple - Diced

1 Oranges - Diced

1/2 cup sliced strawberries

1/4 cup - sugar

(macerate for up to 24 hours prior to serving)

Before taking premix to the table add 12 oz club soda to premix.

1/2 Cup - Sliced Kiwi

1/2 Cup- Blood Oranges- Halved & Sliced

1/2 Cup- Sliced Strawberries

1/2 Cup- Sliced Nectarines

1/2 Cup- Sugar

12- Mint leaves (if possible use hands and smack the leaves rather than muddle)

3 parts watermelon juice fresh basil

Serve in large punch bowl with ladle

Premix:

2 part Hennessy Black

3 parts Strawberry juice

1 part lemon juice

Simple syrup as needed

Garnish with mint leaves

Top with club soda(optional)
