CONSULTING EXPERIENCE: (SELF-EMPLOYED) Nkosa Management Consultants Ltd London (1996 to 2002)  I worked as a Financial and Management Consultant for 7 years with responsibility for providing financial, business, accounting, management and Marketing services to Sole Traders, SMEs – Small and Medium Size companies.  (I left to start full-time PhD Research studies).

COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE: GeeKay Imports & Exports Ltd London, (July 1990 to August 1996)  I spent 6 years working as Accountant Finance Manager from 1990 to 1996 where I was responsible for managing the company’s accounting and administration departments.  My duties included preparing the company’s annual reports and accounts, Monthly management accounts, budgeting and financial control.  Responsible for staff and employment matters. I was in charge of the company’s finance and personnel departments and supervising 10 staff members and reporting directly to the finance director. ( Left to set-up a consultancy business with a business associate)

RESEARCH WORK-IN-PROGRESS:  I am developing MBA in Banking and Finance and MSc on Corporate Governance Curriculum programmes for a Nigerian Business School in Lagos for authentication by two UK Universities,  Teaching on the postgraduate programmes starting in Lagos in 2013.  I am currently working on three articles on the areas of Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility and Leadership & Governance for academic journals publications in (2011/13)  I am completing my third Textbook on Corporate Governance to be published by SAGE Publications London UK in 2013.  Undertaking Post-Doctorate Research for EdD Doctorate in Education at the Open University UK (2012 t0 2015.
