The agenda was adopted with two items added to agenda : - Debate and vote on the Draft opinion on the guidelines for the 2010 budget procedure. - Report back from Bangladesh election observation, with EU Chief Observer.

Approval of the minutes was postponed as the minutes had not been distributed in all language versions.
