Adoption of agenda DEVE_OJ(2009)0216_1 The agenda was adopted with two items added to agenda : - Debate and vote on the Draft opinion on the guidelines for the 2010 budget procedure. - Report back from Bangladesh election observation, with EU Chief Observer. 2.
