The radio stations Sydney’s 2GB, Melbourne’s 3AW, Brisbane’s Nova 106.9, Adelaide’s Mix 102.3, Perth’s Nova 93.7, Hit FM and Triple M ranks number 1 at ratings survey 8 in December 2020. Recently in December 2020, Nova Entertainment had launched it’s new DAB+ stations in each market, such as Nova Throwbacks, Nova 90s, Nova Noughties, Nova 10s, Smooth 80s and Smooth 90s to bring you the freshest hits, throwbacks and old classics all day everyday at Nova and Smooth FM. -

Liebe Eintrachtlerinnen, es war zu befürchten, dass im Herbst die Corona-Zahlen wie- der steigen würden und damit auch der Zuschauerbesuch im Waldstadion noch mehr eingeschränkt bzw. eingestellt werden müsste. Wie lange die erneute Durststrecke für uns alle werden wird… wir wagen nicht darüber nachzudenken. Wer zu einem der beiden Heimspiele gegen Biele- feld und Hoffenheim im Stadion war, der/die hat zumindest kurzzeitig ein klein wenig von der „Normalität“ schnuppen können. Endlich wieder im Stadion, Emotionen herauslassen, ein wenig die Eintracht unterstützen und singen, wie es uns so sehr fehlt. Natürlich hat es noch nicht viel mit unserem gewohnten Stadionerlebnis zu tun gehabt, aber immerhin. Auch Fgv war bei beiden Spie- len mit zwei Verkäufern an Eingängen vor Ort – auch wenn aktuelle Ausgaben nur online erschei- nen, haben wir ja doch zwei Ausgaben auf Lager, die nicht im Stadionverkauf waren. (Wenn man den Verkaufspreis als Kostenumlage festsetzt, dann tut es weh, nicht verkaufen zu können, wenn die Kosten angefallen sind…) Und was haben sich viele Fans gefreut, dass wir für sie da waren… In dieser Ausgabe widmen wir uns den zuvor noch nicht vorgestellten Neuzugängen, lassen in ei- nem Gastbericht einen Fan von seinen Gefühlswelten um Stadionbesuche zu Corona-Zeiten zu Wort kommen und blicken auf „verlorene Hauptgewinne“. Submission in response to consultation by the Department of Home Affairs on: Protecting critical infrastructure and systems of national significance September 2020 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY 1. Optus welcomes the opportunity to provide comment on the proposed new regulatory arrangements outlined in the consultation paper ‘Protecting critical Infrastructure and systems of national significance’ (August 2020). The new regulatory regime is likely to have a significant effect on Optus’ existing operations. 2. The SingTel Optus Pty Ltd group of companies (“Optus”) own and operate significant national telecommunications infrastructure and supply carriage and content services to a large portion of the Australian community. Optus acknowledges the onus this creates to serve its customers and the community with competitive and secure services, and it takes this responsibility seriously. 3. Optus controls entities which are carriers, carriage services providers and content services providers and which operate in several of the proposed regulated sectors. 4. Optus agrees it should be a shared national endeavour between Government and critical infrastructure providers to increase the security and resilience of infrastructure critical to Australia’s economic well-being. 5. Optus recommends that the legislative imposition of the new critical infrastructure security policy to the communications sector is primarily via changes to the Telecommunications Act in concert with the proposed new parts of Security of Critical Infrastructure Act. 6. The proposed new critical infrastructure security laws are likely to add to the currently high commercial stresses on the communications industry unless Government looks both within the proposed new framework, and also the other policy settings within its control, to moderate adverse impacts on incentives to investment, limit compliance costs and avoid crowding-out legitimate commercial endeavour. -

FY20 guidance includes mid single-digit Upside +8.0% revenue growth and EBITDA stable at S$4.5b. Competition overhang from TPG appears muted but sliding voice usage and data competition remain as key challenges in both Singapore and Australia. Maintain BUY on share price weakness with a target price of COMPANY DESCRIPTION S$3.58. Valuations have reverted to the mean for the stock, dividend yield is 5%. Telecommunications WHAT’S NEW FY20 outlook: Cautiously optimistic. Submission in response to “Supporting Australian stories on our Screens” Options Paper 30 June 2020 Executive Summary ANZSA appreciates the opportunity to respond to the Options Paper “Supporting Australian stories on our Screens”. Our members are active participants in the Australian screen industry, from the creation of content; to investing in production companies, physical infrastructure and post-production services, to the distribution of content into Australian cinemas, home entertainment retail, licencing to free-to-air and Pay TV providers as well as operating direct to consumer SVOD businesses. Our members have contributed to the Australian screen industry for nearly 100 years. ANZSA supports the notion that those who benefit from the industry should contribute to its development. The screen industry sector’s contribution to Australia’s GDP has increased by 15% between 2012-13 and 2017- 18, with Production and Home Entertainment the best performing sectors. Expert international screen consultancy Olsberg SPI notes that this growth is evidence of the sector’s ‘quick and efficient response to the disruption caused by the internet’. The performance of the production sector specifically is noteworthy (+31% in GVA) given that it was achieved without a significant contribution from footloose production. How much bigger the opportunity is becomes clearer when looking at the prior year (FY16/17) which would have seen GVA contribution of the production sector grow by 113.8% - more than four times faster. Automatic production incentives are in place in 97 countries, states and provinces worldwide. These incentives are seen to create and support jobs less likely to be negatively affected by machine learning and automation, and – apart from direct economic and employment benefits – help build a country’s brand, which supports tourism activity and soft power generally.
