NEW GUYS ON THE BLOCK The Oilers have bolstered the ranks with a pair of additions to the roster this­ week — one via trade and the other a rookie signing out of Utica College. The Oilers acquired Curtis Leonard, sending Alan Lyszczarczyk back to Fort Wayne in the process. Leonard has 203 career ECHL games, registering a +59 rating in that span. Leonard was 10th in +/- in the entire league in 2016-17, ranking fifth in 17-18. Landrigan hails from Utica College, the same school that produced Roman Ammirato and Gregg Bur- master. Landrigan also played at Kent School, the same prep school Mike McKee attended. Landrigan finished his college career with a 1.33 pt/g average, finishing his senior year with 24 points in 10 games. Leonard will wear 3 and Landrigan dons 72 as an Oiler. WESTERN CONFERENCE POINT PIRATES STANDINGS (WIN PCT) The Oilers are currently on their longest point streak of the season, grabbing at least one point in the last six games.
