Golod is only 20 years old, and has not made a professinal appearance. However, it will not be his first taste of professional hockey. The Ducks-contracted forward went to development camp with the , impressing enough to get an invite to the main camp. His 78 points and 53 points both led the last season. Golod also played alongside the Ducks sixth-overall pick while with Erie. AMERICAN TOUGH The Allen Americans are coming off another strong season. The Americans topped the Mountain Division before the season came to a halt, and beat the Oilers in seven of the 10 contests last season.
