Putnam County is expected to be damp over the next few days, with the possibility of seeing up to three inches of rain. Rainfall is expected to move into the area today with chances of rain running through Saturday. The National Weather Service has issued a fl ood watch in eff ect until Friday afternoon due to the expected rainfall totals. “Tonight is probably the heaviest rain we’re going to see, which is the most dan- gerous because people can’t see at night,” said Tyler Smith, Putnam County EMA director. “Areas that are prone to fl ooding, which most people know where those spots
