They are fully customizable and of a multi-piece construction (SEE ILLUSTRATION ) versus the one-piece construction of the Airflite or Klassic American clubs. They have all the features and handling characteristics most jugglers prefer. Each club is hand assembled on a hardwood core, providing linear rigidity and a base for our spring-flex handle, making the club easier on your hands. The bodies are custom molded in a tough polyethylene. Knobs are made from a durable, dense foam and secured to the club with our unique screw/washer assembly. Foam end provides impact protection. Each set is weight matched. Models—Composite Clubs come in 2 models: European & Phatboyz. Weights & Lengths—Each model comes in 2 weights. The lighter weight European 220 and Phatboyz 250 are made using a lighter body with a lighter dowel—the appearance of these clubs is identical to that of their heavier counterparts. The European is available in two lengths — longhandled and shorthandled. The longhandled is standard. IsoGrip Handles—Our structural spring-flex handle material is custom formulated in a glossy, opaque, bright white polyethylene. This material eliminates the need for any decorative wrap for the most durable, maintenance-free handle. Metallic or vinyl decorative handle wraps are also available.

Decorations—The European comes in our standard Dual Arc or Stage decoration. The Phatboyz comes in Dual Arc only. We custom decorate any model with any combination of colors/patterns. See pages 6 and 7 for color and pattern selections.

All new lighted clubs. These are built from our time-tested Airflite™ clubs which have been molded in a translucent polyethylene for dispersion of light. The club end opposite the knob is fitted with a dense foam end for impact protection. Each club has two LED light kits, one at each end. These are the same light kits used in our other lighted products. They are available in solid colors, color change, and strobe. The color change slowly cycles through the color spectrum. The strobe flashes in multiple colors for an outstanding effect while moving! Each club is powered by 3 button cell batteries which have an average life of 10-15 hours. This Light Kit is specifically designed for the Finesse Diabolo. (It can not be installed in any other diabolo). Each kit comes with two light modules for one diabolo (one module per side) and charger/adapter set. Three LEDs on each module are oriented in different directions to give the diabolo optimal effect. Each light module is powered by three rechargeable batteries (included). A plastic cover protects the circuitry.
