In 2001 he lifted the Bulgarian Cup with Litex. • In 2009 he became player-coach of second division Lyubimets. • In 2010 he moved to Razgrad to start the Ludogorets project with club owner Kiril Domuschiev. In 2011 he guided the team to promotion to the Bulgarian top flight. • In 2012 the newcomers won a historic domestic double in their first top division campaign, then added the Bulgarian Super Cup. In 2013 Petev's Ludogorets retained the domestic title, but in the summer he was sacked after the first leg of their UEFA Champions League qualifying tie against ŠK Slovan Bratislava. • In October 2013 Petev took over Cypriot side AEL, steering them to second place that season. • In November 2014 he parted ways with AEL and a month later assumed the Bulgarian national team helm following the dismissal of Luboslav Penev. Norway: Per-Mathias Høgmo Date of birth: 1 December 1959 Nationality: Norwegian Playing career: Gratangen IL, FK Mjølner, Tromsø IL (twice), IFK Norrköping Coaching career: Gratangen IL, Tromsalden UIL, Tromsø IL (three times), Fossum IF, Moss FK, Norway (women), Norway Under-21, Rosenborg BK, Djurgårdens IF, Norway • An industrious winger, Høgmo's playing career peaked with a 1986 Norwegian Cup success with Tromsø; he then turned to coaching, leading local clubs and helping out with Norway's national youth teams. • Coached Norway's women's side from 1997, winning Olympic gold in 2000, before being asked to spearhead the men's Under-21 squad, a position he left in 2003. • Following a second spell in charge of Tromsø, Høgmo worked as a television pundit. A subsequent return to club football with Rosenborg in 2005 was ill-fated: he quit the next year, having been signed off with health problems. • Returned to coaching, again with Tromsø, in 2008, securing some solid league finishes and two attempts at UEFA Europa League qualifying before heading abroad for the first time in his career to take the reins at Swedish outfit Djurgården in 2013. • Appointed Norway coach in September 2013 after Egil Olsen agreed to step down, penning a four-year contract. 2 Bulgaria - Norway Thursday 3 September 2015 - 20.45CET (21.45 local time) Match press kit , Legend :: Previous meetings Goals for/against: Goal totals include the outcome of disciplinary decisions (e.g. match forfeits when a 3-0 result is determined). Records of inactive countries A number of UEFA associations have been affected by dissolution or splits of member associations. For statistical purposes, the records of these inactive countries have been allocated elsewhere: therefore, all Soviet Union matches are awarded to Russia; all West Germany – but not East Germany – matches are awarded to Germany; all Yugoslavia and Serbia & Montenegro matches are awarded to Serbia; all Czechoslovakia matches are allocated to both the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Abandoned/forfeited matches For statisical purposes, when a match has been started and then abandoned but later forfeited, the result on the pitch at the time of abandonment is counted. Matches that never started and were either cancelled or forfeited are not included in the overall statistics.
