Earnest money should be deposited in the State Bank of India or any schedule Bank of India Guaranteed by the RBI in the shape of “Deposit - at -call” or “Demand Draft” on Schedule bank only in favour of the Executive Engineer, Sabroom Division, PWD(R&B) Sabroom, South Tripura. The Deposit- at- call or Demand Draft must be submitted along with the tender. Tender documents shall be issued on or after 18-01-2019 from the office of the Executive Engineer, Sabroom Division, PWD(R&B), Sabroom, South Tripura on payment of Rs1000/- (Rupees one thousand ) only in cash /Demand draft (Non refundable) on any working days as specified above on production of documentary proof of registration of the firm along with an application. Demand drafts furnished towards earnest money along with the tender shall be valid for a period of 3(Three) Months from the last date of receipt of tender or more. Tender(s) can be sent through Registered Post/ Speed Post or dropped in the tender boxes at the office of the Executive Engineer, Sabroom Division, PWD(R&B) Sabroom, South Tripura & office of the Sub-Divisional Officer (PWD) Satchand/ Baikhora, South Tripura so as so reach or dropped well within the last date for receipt of the tender i.e. on 11-02-2019 up to 3.00 P.M. Sealed Tender(s) received shall be opened only by the Executive Engineer, Sabroom Division, PWD(R&B) Sabroom, South Tripura in presence of intending tenderers and other contractors who may like to be present at 3.30 P.M. on 11-02-2019 The tender of the contractors who do not deposit the earnest money in the manner prescribed above, will summarily be rejected. The tender documents are available for inspection in the office of the Executive Engineer, Sabroom Division PWD(R&B),Sabroom,South Tripura from 11.00 AM to 4.00 PM during office hours on all working days specified as above. N.B:- If the office happens to be closed on the date of receipt/opening of the tender as specified, the tenders will be received/opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
