[email protected] I Love Fashion Influencing and I Hate It at the Same Time My head perks up at the sound of a thump on my front porch. I open the front door of my house and find a package addressed to me from adidas. It’s the fifth package I’ve received this week from a brand and it’s only Wednesday. I hurriedly rip open the standard brown outer packaging and reveal a black box containing a white sports bra with the black adidas logo on the front, a black cropped t-shirt with mesh on the sleeves and a pair of classic adidas Superstar sneakers in white with black stripes on the sides. I’m working with adidas to advertise their Black Friday deals through a blog post and an Instagram post. I pull out a pink tulle skirt and a black high- neck blouse I’m wearing tonight to a pre-New York Fashion Week party in SoHo and add the sneakers to my outfit ensemble. I mentally thank adidas for providing me with a comfortable pair of shoes to wear to my event.
