Mix well and make a smooth batter, it should be of thick consistency, keep aside for 5 to 6 hours. Add green chili, ginger and salt, mix well. Heat steamer or pressure cooker with about 1 1/2 inches of water. Bring it to boil or if you have idli maker for microwave, that works too, can use the plate. Grease a plate make sure it should fit in the steamer or cooker. Pour batter into plates and cook for 15 mins. Remove dhokla plate and let is cool for 10 minutes. Cut it into square pieces Heat a non stick pan on medium high heat, add 2 tablespoons oil and once its hot, add cut dhoklas and garnish with chopped cilantro and pink salt. Mix well. Then take a bowl, add green chili, ginger and salt and boiled samo, mix well. Add potatoes in the mixture Make rolls and rub it the water chetnut and rajgara flour Fry until golden brown Take curt, add sugar, salt, pepper, and mix it well Now you can prepare dahiwada, take a bowl and place wada in it, add curd, green chutney, tamarind chutne , pink salt cumin powder and pomegranate. Once done with all the above preparation, now you are ready to prepare bhel Take a container, add boiled samo, boiled shallow fried potatoes, green chutney, date jaggery chutney, salt and pepper. Mix well Add all the above mentioned fried snack and mix well.
