TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders based on item rates / rates in percentage are hereby invited for the works mentioned below from the contractors / firms enlisted / renewed with C&W Department for the current financial year 2016-17 in the field of Highways. Tender Documents can be obtained from any of the below mentioned offices just after immediate publication of this tender notice in newspapers, upon written request accompanied with attested copies of enlistment / upto-date renewal letter, PEC License valid upto December, 2017, Computerized National Identity Card of contractor / managing partner / director of the firm alongwith registered power of attorney and on payment of prescribed tender fee in favour of concerned Executive Engineer, Highway Division D.G.Khan, in the form of CDR / Bank Draft / Cahier’s Cheque of any scheduled bank: 1- Chief Engineer (South), Punjab Highway Department, Lahore. 2- Commissioner D.G.Khan Division D.G.Khan. 3- Deputy Commissioner, D.G.Khan. 4- Superintending Engineer, Highway Circle, D.G.Khan. 5- Executive Engineer, Highway Division, D.G.Khan. 6- Assistant Commissioner, D.G.Khan.

Tender rates and amounts should be filled in figures as well as in words and tenders should be signed as per general directions given in the tender documents. No rebate on tendered rates will be acceptable. Tender will be received / opened in the office of the Commissioner D.G.Khan Division, D.G.Khan on fixed date and time by the respective Tenders Opening Committee in the presence of intending contractors or their representatives. Conditional tenders and tenders not accompanied with earnest money upto 5% of the estimated cost in shape of CDR / Bank Draft / Cashier’s Cheque of any scheduled bank and attested copy of registered partnership deed and power of attorney in case of firms will not be entertained. The procuring agency may reject any or all bids / proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal as per PPRA Rules, 2014 at Sr.No.35 – Rejection of Bids.
