The current worldwide scenario due to COVID-19 pandemic has caused huge reforms in the policies and procedures of organisations globally. Amity has also brought tremendous shift in the functioning of the university and taken several initiatives with the support of latest technology to ensure uninterrupted services to all stakeholders, continued learning, education, research, etc., NCIVA’20 is one of such initiatives which is being organised virtually to bring together researchers, academicians, art professionals and students associated with visual art field at a common platform. The conference will explore ways in which an educational and research outlook can help to analyze different modes of representation throughout history ranging from the traditional forms to the innovative digital and interaction based art. NCIVA’20 will provide a platform for scholars and professionals of Art, Animation and Design, to discuss ideas related to role of representation in their practice and industry experience, to examine issues related to different mediums and expressions used by visual artists and to discuss and formulate new approaches in the field of Art and Design pedagogy. I am confident that the participants will benefit immensely from the informative sessions by eminent speakers & researchers during the Conference. The rise in popularity of New Media art and Public art has changed the manner in which art was understood in traditional societies. In today’s participatory culture, artists have access to lot of information and also varied medias to express their creative abilities. Visual arts practice today needs to combine technology with artistic knowledge, philosophical inputs and skills. This conference aims to map the changing patterns of visual thinking and practice over the years. Long Abstract Rajbanshi social fold comprising of both caste and communities constitute 18% of total population of North Bengal, India. They are in favour of irrigation (small and broad scale), sacred grove, fencing and lattice, highland and marshland, river basins and valleys, kitchen 2 garden, etc. They are too good with the complex production systems of crops, cereals, vegetables, rapeseeds, honey, bamboo, liquor and sugar yielding varieties, medicinal herbs, fruits, mushrooms, lichen, livestock, fish, crab, small fish, mud fish, prawn as well as fiber, silk, silk cotton, drinks, areca, betel and tobacco. They are fond of meat, milk, egg and fish. These flora and fauna are again source of fuel, fodder, natural dye, and pesticides. Rajbanshis is traditional life used to go through barter and reciprocity. Women are involved in preserving fish, paddy, fruit and milk items. In fish and paddy preservation, they use arum. Fruits are preserved in dried or as pickles. They do not waste their organic waste and use them as manure associated with ash, light trap, food-web and natural insecticides.

Folk Art one of the unique artform which expressed the regional traditional culture. It rooted in tradition of our society that come form community and culture. This art also expressed our cultural values and aesthetic. Like other region of the world there are certain folk artfroms of Purba Medinipur district such as pats (Scroll painting , Bamboo art, Dokra art, shoal art etc,). After independence, the government took various step to protect these artform. Currently there is a concern, use of advancetechnology and globalization as well as our negligence towards culture narrowed down our district heritage folk art. KEYWORDS– Folk Art, Purba Medinipur, Dokra art, Globalization, Scroll painting, Culture,Heritage. I. INTRODUCTION Purba Medinipur district is one of the notable district of West Bengal for high literacy rate and it's famous Seabeach. This district of 4713 sq.km. area hasbeen associated with various type of heritage folk art since ancient period. Native villegers of various block (Moyna, Patash Pur, Tamluk, Pingla, Sabang etc.)under Purba Medinipur districtuse mainly localized natural resources for their creativity. Natural resource based various type of art express our traditional cultural and also shared community values and aesthetics. But the present situation is very pathetic. Those prestigious folkart of Purba Medinipur has been dwindling due to lack of demand and publicity, on the other hand competition on global market.

Guts quickly rises through the ranks of the mercenary group, eventually becoming the Hawks' renowned raid leader and Griffith's deadliest subordinate. During this time, Guts bonds with the Band of the Hawk and learns of Griffith's mysterious pendant, the Crimson Behelit, along with Griffith's dream to rule a kingdom of his own.
