Built in the early 19th century as a manorial dwelling, the villa (1,148 sqm) is nestled on the cliff and laid over six floors in total. The building houses over 40 rooms and 13 bathrooms: several of these feature beautiful balconies and terraces for a total of 1,400 sqm. The villa has in the past been used as a school and is currently uninhabited: the building needs a complete renovation and with the occasion one could also rework the internal layout of the villa to bring it back to its original use (private home) or convert it into a holiday home with cozy apart- ments for the guests.
