Encroacher: A person, who has trespassed government land, adjacent to his/her own land or asset, to which he/she is not entitled, by deriving his/her livelihood there. Such act is called “Encroachment.” Gramsabha Resolution: A resolution drawn up by the collective decision of villagers.
