Shorts/bottoms and accessories must be provided by the players and/or by their sponsors. If required by the FIVB Technical Delegate, other uniforms and accessories will be checked during the Preliminary Inquiry. Athletes of the same team must wear the same colour and style of shorts. The display of the individual players' sponsors' logos on shorts and accessories must comply with the FIVB Sports Regulations and Handbook. The tax (Approx. 20%) at source will be implemented as per the fiscal regulations/laws in the countries where the tournament is held. 3 GENERAL MATTERS 2.7 Arrival and Departure Closest Airport: There are two airports for Zhongwei City and the organizer will arrange the pickups from both airports if the travel form will be received as per the following requirement. 1. Zhongwei Sha Potou Domestic Airport (Airport Code：ZHY）for the flight from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou,etc. which is 10 KM away from the venue. 2. Yinchuan Hedong International Airport (Airport Code：INC) for both international and demotic flights. Organizer will provide the airport transfer for the Main Draw players only. Main Draw Athletes will be picked up only if the organizer has received the forms duly completed (BVB/31) at least 48 hours before the teams’ arrival. Transport cost for the Qualification tournament players and team staff: From Yinchuan Hedong Airport to the MD Hotel 120 USD/person From Zhongwei Sha Potou Airport to the MD Hotel 10 USD/person Please be noted that the transportation vehicles will be arranged accordingly from sedan car (2 pax) to bus (43 pax). If bus is arranged, the cost will be at 60 USD/person. The travel forms (BVB 31 & 31b) must be completed and sent to the organizer latest three days before the start of the event. (link: http://www.fivb.org/EN/BeachVolleyball/Forms.asp). 2.8 Board and Lodging The organizers will provide the Main Draw teams with hotel accommodation (double-bed room) in the Organizer's designated hotel and with meals from the evening before the start of the Main Draw until the day after the elimination of the teams from the event, breakfast included. Athletes will be personally responsible for all extras at the hotel such as mini-bar, phone calls, laundry, etc. to be paid upon checkout. Organizers will not be required to make reservations for coaches, guests, teams’ physiotherapists, friends, or family members accompanying the participating athletes. Most studies mainly focus on changes of ecological vulnerability concerning the temporal trend, but rarely take arid and semi-arid areas into consideration to explore the spatial heterogeneity of the ecological vulnerability index (EVI) there. In this study, we selected the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region on the Loess Plateau of China, a typical arid and semi-arid area, as a case to investigate the spatial heterogeneity of the EVI every five years, from 1990 to 2015. Based on remote sensing data, meteorological data, and economic statistical data, this study first evaluated the temporal-spatial change of ecological vulnerability in the study area by Geo-information Tupu. Further, we explored the spatial heterogeneity of the ecological vulnerability using Getis-Ord Gi*. Results show that: (1) the regions with high ecological vulnerability are mainly concentrated in the north of the study area, which has high levels of economic growth, while the regions with low ecological vulnerability are mainly distributed in the relatively poor regions in the south of the study area.

We analyzed data on endemic fluorosis collected in Ningxia, a typical high-fluorine area in the north of China. Fluorosis cases were identified in 539 villages in 1981, in 4449 villages in 2010, and in 3269 villages in 2017. These were located in 19 administrative counties. In 2017, a total of 1.07 million individuals suffered from fluorosis in Ningxia, with more children suffering from dental fluorosis and skeletal fluorosis. Among Qingshuihe River basin disease areas, the high incidence of endemic fluorosis is in Yuanzhou District and Xiji County of Guyuan City. The paper holds that the genesis of the high incidence of endemic fluorosis in Qingshui River basin is mainly caused by chemical weathering, evaporation and concentration, and dissolution of fluorine-containing rocks around the basin, which is also closely related to the semi-arid geographical region background, basin structure, groundwater chemical character- istics, and climatic conditions of the basin. The process of mutual recharge and transformation between Qingshui River and shallow groundwater in the basin is intense.

[email protected] Abstract. This paper selects data from 18 counties in Ningxia province from 2003 to 2017, and uses the incremental capital-output ratio to measure the efficiency of fixed asset investment in the primary industry. Then we analyze the differences between poor and non-poor counties from the time and cross-section. The results show that from 2003 to 2017, the efficiency of fixed asset investment in the primary industry in Ningxia was significantly different between poor and non-poor counties, and poor counties was lower than non-poor counties. Therefore, there is great potential for improving the efficiency of fixed asset investment in the primary industries of poor counties. Introduction Increasing the income of the primary industry and improving the efficiency of the primary industry are important measures to increase the comprehensive production capacity of the primary industry and maintain the coordinated and stable development of the primary industry. The investment of the primary industry includes fixed asset investment, and fixed asset investment is important material basis to change the production conditions of the primary industry, improve the comprehensive production capacity, and achieve stable development of the primary industry.
