Come see for yourself, we'd be happy to answer any questions you may have. • College Benefits • The Job • Program Requirements Whether you’re taking a few classes or going to graduate school at one of our partner colleges or affiliate institutions, the CRCP supports your education at a time when it’s never been more expensive to attend college. Here's how it adds up BENEFIT ANNUALLY Tuition, Fees & Books $5,250 Part-Time UPS Job - Gross pay (Starting pay $10.35/hr) $10,500 Monthly Bonus ($300 - $600/month) $3,600 - $7,200 Annual CRCP Maximum Benefit Potential $19,350 - $22,950 UPS Perfect Attendance Bonus: Receive an extra $125/week for perfect attendance at work, now through August 1, 2018. THE FINE PRINT • Attend classes at any of our 7 partner colleges or 30+ affiliate institutions. • Be a good student and commit to staying in the program for the duration of the semester. • How long do I have to work to be covered in the program? • You must work the duration of your signed Student Agreement which covers one academic year, to receive full program benefits. Tuition and fees are paid at the conclusion of each academic term. Educational benefits are paid for students who complete the term, successfully complete their courses and maintain employment through the end of the semester. Students who do not meet program requirements can be removed from the program after the first term. • The CRCP pays a maximum educational benefit of up to $5,250 per year for student tuition and fees and $50 per course toward textbooks. CRCP students take part-time course loads, ideally 2 -3 courses per semester. Payment is made directly to the college at the completion of the semester for all classes completed satisfactorily. As a result, students whose expenses are within the program limits would not need to pay for classes in advance and would only incur book expenses should books exceed $50 per class or the semester maximum benefit. Come see for yourself, we'd be happy to answer any questions you may have. • College Benefits • The Job • Program Requirements You’ll earn a weekly paycheck and more working as a part-time package handler at the UPS facility in Hodgkins, IL. • Be newly hired to work 3.5 to 5 hours per shift. • Shifts are Monday through Friday at night (10 p.m to 3:00 a.m.) or early morning (4:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.) • Starting pay is $10.35 per hour. Additionally, UPS offers a Perfect Attendance Bonus of $125/week, now through August 1, 2018. • No weekend or holiday work • Eligible for medical benefits, paid vacation after one year • Free public transportation, paid for by UPS. Five routes bring employees to UPS: CTA Bus #169. Pace Bus: #390, #392, #395, and #890. THE FINE PRINT • You must apply within your first 30 days of employment to be eligible for the CRCP • Be a good employee: show up on time, have a good attitude and do your job • The package handler position involves lifting and lowering packages that may weigh up to 70 pound • You have the opportunity to pursue advancement to the position of part-time supervisor while remaining in the CRCP. http://www.crcprogram.com/how-to-apply video information .

This annual Freshman Enrollment 6 report describes the university’s enrollment profile and how it has changed over the years Transfer Enrollment 8 as we have pursued our ambitious enrollment goals. Freshman and Transfer Demographics 10 DePaul’s fall 2015 enrollment of 23,539 students surpassed not only the overall target, Freshman Admission Trends 12 but also the individual targets for the undergraduate, graduate and law populations. And even with a slightly lower overall enrollment than last year, we generated a record level of Transfer Admission Trends 13 tuition revenue. Taken together, these successes are critical to maintaining and enhancing Retention and Graduation Rates 14 our academic enterprise. Graduate and Law Enrollment 16 One of the most promising achievements this fall is in new student enrollment. The 6,415 New Graduate Enrollment 18 new students eclipse the budget target by 4 percent, creating a multiple-year positive Credit Hour Distribution 21 impact that positions us favorably to weather the inevitable market volatility we will Diversity 22 encounter in upcoming enrollment cycles. National Comparisons 24 The diversity of our students also stands out. The 8,229 students of color represent the highest number ever at DePaul. Students of color comprise 38 percent of undergraduate students, 29 percent of graduate students and 25 percent of law students—all university records. While many institutions talk about improving diversity, we achieve it.

    December 2019 Higher Education Cohorts PD290© 2019 INCCRRA Cohort Pathways in Illinois: Innovative Models Supporting the Early Childhood Workforce Institutions of higher education in Illinois have long implemented collaborative, innovative strategies to support credential and degree attainment. The Illinois Governor’s Office of Early Childhood Development (GOECD) is invested in supporting flexible, responsive pathways to credentials and degree attainment for early childhood practitioners, as early childhood practitioners equipped with appropriate knowledge and skills are critical to developing and implementing high-quality early childhood experiences for young children and their families. At the same time, the State of Illinois is eager to ensure that pathways developed not only support entry into and progression within the field, but also are inclusive of and responsive to programs’ diverse and experienced staff members who have not yet attained new credentials and/or degrees. The purpose of this paper is to highlight the innovative work of Illinois institutions of higher education in creating cohort pathways that are responsive to the needs of the current and future early childhood workforce. Cohort models are commonly defined as a group of students moving through a program in a cohesive fashion with support provided for the overall healthy functioning of the group. In this paper, the highlighted cohort pathways focus on additional supports provided to cohort model participants (social and practical) as well as innovative model designs. Understanding these unique cohort pathways requires a fundamental understanding of existing credential and degree pathways in Illinois, the current early childhood education (ECE) workforce, present challenges in growing an ECE workforce, and research highlighting 1 innovative components of cohort models.
