This form is an unofficial guide for students who plan to transfer to the SFSOR Imaging Technology Program at Resurrection University and is not intended as a contract. Transfer requirements are subject to change without notice. Prospective students are expected to contact a ResU Admissions Counselor regarding any updates. Transfer Guidelines:

1) Grades of 2.0 or above on a 4.0 scale completed at regionally accredited colleges or universities are transferrable. Courses must be considered college level and have been used to fulfill graduation requirements and degree requirements at the previous college or university. 2) Remedial/pre-college level courses, audit, credit, proficiency scores are not transferrable. 3) No courses with final grades below 2.0 on a 4.0 scale may be transferred. 4) Curriculum GPA must be 2.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale. 5) Important Note Course Expiration Dates: †Anatomy and Physiology and the General Education Mathematics coursework for the BSIT program must have been completed no more than five years prior to the intended start date. For example, a student entering the program in the fall of 2015 must have completed the required computer courses during the fall of 2010 semester or later. †
