Over a long time, China's urban public transport system has been underdeveloped, and unable to meet the high-quality daily travelling demand of urban residents. The prominent contradictions between supply and demand in urban transport are shown by the incomplete capacity of urban public transport system, the failure of urban public transport system development in keeping simultaneous with urban development, the single structure of urban public transport system, the lack of advanced transport planning concepts, and the lack of public transport-oriented planning experience for most cities. The project is intended to optimize Harbin's urban public transport system, to improve social and economic development, and to alleviate residents' travel difficulties in cold weather.

Although Manchukuo’s food rationing policies discriminated against Chinese residents by providing them with inferior grains in insufficient quantities, they were nonetheless an impetus rather than an obstacle to migration from Shandong, especially to those who had family and relatives living in Manchukuo. After settling in Harbin, migrants still faced issues related to food because the Manchukuo government revised its food policies and reduced quotas.

												  Field Fungal Diversity in Freshly Harvested Maize 21 Field fungal diversity in freshly harvested maize 2 3 ABSTRACT: 4 Maize is a major crop in China and maize production in Heilongjiang province ranks 5 No.1 in the country in annual maize production in the whole country. Maize is prone to 6 invasion by fungi and mycotoxins produced by these fungi are proven to be serious threats to 7 animals as well as human health. Through high through-put sequencing we detected the 8 dominant phylum to be Ascomycota; Dothideomycetes, Sordariomycetes, Eurotiomycetes, and 9 Tremellomycetes, Saccharomycetes were the dominant classes; Hypocreales, Eurotiales, 10 Capnodiales, Saccharomycetales, Tremellales, and Pleosporales were the main orders; 11 Nectriaceae, Trichocomaceae, Cladosporiaceae, Debaryomycetaceae, Tremellaceae, and 12 Pleosporaceae were major families; Gibberella, Cladosporium, Papiliotrema, Penicillium, 13 Scheffersomyces, Talaromyces, and Epicoccum were the most abundant phylotypes at the 14 genus level. Epicoccum_nigrum, Gibberella_zeae, Papiliotrema_flavescens, and 15 Scheffersomyces_shehatae were the dominant fungal species. Great fungal diversity was 16 observed in the maize samples harvested in the five major maize-growing regions in 17 Heilongjiang province. Maize-1 in Nenjiang County was observed to have the greatest fungal 18 diversity and abundance among the five regions. The smooth implementation and steady promotion of Rural Revitalization Strategy is related to the solution of the three rural issues, and the quality of county economic development has become the key to the implementation effect of Rural Revitalization Strategy. Due to the different resource endowments in Heilongjiang Province, the development of county economy is unbalanced obviously. Rural Revitalization needs to be driven by cities and towns, and urban development can promote rural revitalization. Therefore, all counties in Heilongjiang Province should scientifically choose the county economic development mode, combine the advantages of resources and historical basis, explore the new path of coordinated promotion of Rural Revitalization and high-quality development of county economy, so as to realize high-quality, balanced and sustainable development of rural economy. At present, people rarely consider the land suitability of crops when using cultivated land, resulting in an imbalance between crop distribution and resource conditions such as water, heat, and soil, and adversely affects the ecological security and utilization efficiency of cultivated land. To alleviate China’s grain planting structural imbalance and efficiency loss, this paper based on the planting suitability of main food crops (rice, soybean, and maize) to adjust and optimize the cultivated land use layout (CLUL) in the typical counties of the main grain production area in Northeast China, using the agent-based model for optimal land allocation (AgentLA) and GIS technology. Findings from the study show that: (1) The planting suitability of rice, soybean, and maize in the region is obviously different. Among them, the suitability level of soybean and maize is high, and that of rice is low. The current CLUL of the food crops needs to be further optimized and adjusted.
