The Parliamentary Observatory affiliated to the Local- International Joint Mission to observe the parliamentary elections – Egypt 2015, continued issuing its weekly reports to monitor the violence incidents witnessed by the country during the week and to analyzes them and their potential indications related to the electoral process, and this is the 27th report has been issued in this series. The most significant incidents during the week: Friday, July 3 . A sound bomb exploded next to the national security headquarters at Abu Tig, Asyut governorate, after the explosives experts dealt with it and exploded it without any damages. The Egyptian security apparatus in Port Saied governorate managed to catch a terrorist cell was behind the recent explosive incidents were witnessed in the governorate, especially those which targeted the power adaptors, and it was planning to conduct other terrorist actions during the 30 June revolution anniversary . The security forces in North Sinai exploded 5 explosives devices were found inside El Sheikh Zuied city, which some of the devices planted by the armed men in Sinai to target the forces during the armed clashes in El Sheikh Zuied city. The security forces in North Sinai killed two of Bayt El Maqdis organization's leaders, in a quality process inside a house at the south of El Sheikh Zuied city. The explosive experts in Monofeya security governorate defused a homemade bomb, found under a tree next to National Liver Institute at Shebin El Kom, there were no injuries. An explosive device exploded in a terrorist while he was planting it on the railway track at Wasta city, Bani Suef governorate, the explosives experts were notified about the incident and moved to the site and managed to defuse two other devices found next to the explosion site, and the terrorist was transferred to the hospital for treatment, in a tight security guard . The security forces and Cairo explosive unites defused a structure bomb next to the south fence of Tora prison, after it was discovered by the guard dogs and one of the guard units assigned to guard the prison, there were no injuries. The security forces in North Sinai governorate killed 23armed militants in air strikes and armed clashes with the army, Sothern of El Sheikh Zuied city, were at least 20 armed men from militant groups were killed in air strikes waged by the Egyptian army, and 3 others were killed in armed clashes. Unknown terrorist elements attacked a moving ambush at minya desert way, and fired gun bullets on two recruits were riding a police car which resulted in their injury. A group of cut off the road in Al Sudan St, Giza governorate, next to the traffic unit, and set fire to car tires. Muslim Brotherhood elements fired bullets randomly on residents and security forces, in the Big Mosque area at Al Haram, while they were organizing a march against army and police, without occurred any injuries. The civil protection forces in Fayoum governorate defused a homemade bomb, placed by unknown assailants under an electricity tower base in Atsa center, without occurred any injuries. Saturday, July 4 . A sound bomb exploded in Sharkia governorate, it was planted by unknown assailants, the first one was behind San El Hager general hospital, and the second near the rest house of Kfr Saker city council's head, without any injuries or damages. A homemade bomb exploded near by the vicinity of Mubarak police in the Ta'awnyat district in Fayoum city, without any injuries or damages. A bomb exploded nearby a power adaptor in Ezbet Farahat of Fayoun center, without any injuries, the explosives experts also managed to defuse another device found it during combing the incident's location. The explosives experts in Fayoum governorate defused an explosive device planted by unknown assailants under a power adaptor, in Monsha'et Rahmy village, of Atsa center, without any damages. A homemade bomb exploded, it was planted under the water fridge on the pavement No 1 at the railway station in Aswan, it did not result any human losses or damages. An explosive device exploded, it was placed under the car of the chief of Detectives of Fayoum center, lieutenant Mustafa Hassan, which resulted in occurring damages in the car without any injuries. The military aircraft tricked and destroyed several site for the terrorists, it resulted in killing 63 terrorist, and the security apparatus killed 6 other terrorist elements in the south of Rafah. The security apparatus in Kafr El Sheikh arrested a terrorist, in Desouk center, it was aimed to conduct sabotage and hostile acts against police and armed forces men, and judges. The security forces in Sinai thwarted an attempt to smuggle half a tone of explosive materials from Sinai to Gaza, through an underground tunnel in Rafah on the border with the Gaza Strip. Three civilians were killed and two others were injured seriously after an unknown shell fell on a house in Abu Tawela village, south of El Sheikh Zuied city, North Sinai governorate. Unknown armed men attacked a police car in the 10th of Ramadan city, Sharkia governorate, which resulted in wounding a solder with a gunshot, and the survival of the officer was in his accompanied . Two citizens were killed and another was injured in an explosive device explosion next to Al Wahshy power station, in the south of El Sheikh Zuied city, North Sinai governorate, while they were in a fixing mission in the station. Terrorist elements exploded an electricity tower No"220" linking between kohafa station and some main cities, and it fell on the electricity pole No "66" which resulted in a several power plants get out of service, and power outage from some areas of Fayoum city and other cities and centers. Unknown assailants exploded a high pressure tower in Nofal village in Fayoum governorate, after they planted several impressive explosive devices(IED) at the basses of the tower, which resulted in power outage in Fayoum city and a number of its villages. Unknown assailants in Arish city exploded a house belong to a police man, in Al Somran district, south of Al Arish city, without any injuries. A child was killed and four persons were injured including three children, in an explosive device explosion, nearby Al Masoura ambush, in Al Masoura main Sq in Rafah, North Sinai. The security forces in North Sinai detonated5 explosive devices in scattered areas east of El Arish, they were detonated them by remote, and without any losses. Unknown assailants exploded a high pressure tower in the vicinity of farms of Sanofer village Fayoum center, which led to power outage from a number of Fayoum governorate's centers and districts. The "Apache" helicopters launched two raids targeted gatherings of terrorist elements. Which led to killing 25 terrorists in the two village Al Toma , and Al Mattala, in the south of El Sheikh Zuied city, the aircraft was able to destroy 15 terrorist hotbed, burn and damage seven cars and 23 motorcycle. Unknown assailants exploded a power adaptor in Ahmed Younis village, of Magaga center, North of Minyagovernorate, through putting a high flammable material which resulted in the adapter explosion, without any injuries. Sunday, July 5 . Four citizen were wounded in a homemade bomb explosion placed by terrorist elements, in front of a telecom company in Fayoum center, and they were transferred to the hospital for treatment. An explosive device exploded in a police man' house, at Al Safa district, south of Al Arish city, it did not result in any injuries, but it caused falling large parts of the house. An explosive device detonated, it was planted by unknown assailants in Yousef sea region, at Al Swaki in Fayoum, which resulted in injuring four people, all of them were transferred to hospital for treatment. The explosives experts managed to deal with a structure device found behind Shaybah level crossing room between the two stations Shaybah and Al Nekaryh, Zagazig police station, without any damage. Armed terrorist elements launched mortar shell on Al Mesaha camp scope, at Rafah the border city, without any injuries or casualties among the forces or camp. The security apparatus in Giza arrested a fugitive expiatory from Kerdasa, village, while he was hiding in one of the apartments at Eel Sheikh Zayed area. The civil protection forces in Giza defused, two explosive devices were behind the Arab Bank near Al Hosary Sq, at 6th October city, without any damage . Two explosive devices exploded down the high-pressure towers, located in Penpan desert area, 43 the km, Draw department center in Aswan electricity towers, without causing injuries. A makeshift bomb exploded during a person was manufactured it by a drug in Mlig village, of Shibeen center, Monufiya governorate, which led to turn his body into pieces inside the apartment, and other bombs were found ready to explode.

This governorate occupies the twentieth place for the productivity of this crop in Egypt. The research aimed to identify the most important production and marketing problems facing olive farmers in North Sinai Governorate. Research data were collected through personal interviewing questionnaire with 100 respondents representing 25% of the total olive farmers at Meriah village from October to December 2015. Results: Results showed that there are many production and marketing problems faced by farmers. The most frequent of the production problems were the problem of increasing fertilizer prices (64% of the surveyed farmers), and the problem of irrigation water high salinity (52% of the respondents). Where the majority of the respondents mentioned that these problems are the most important productive problems they are facing, followed by problems of poor level of extension services (48%), high cost of irrigation wells (47%), difficulty in owning land (46%), and lack of agricultural mechanization (39%), while the most important marketing problems were the problem of the exploitation of traders (62%), the absence of agricultural marketing extension (59%), the high prices of trained labor to collect the crop (59%), and lack of olive presses present in the area (57%).

It is located at about 7 km north of Faqous city, Sharqiya governorate, Egypt. The ancient name of El‐ Dabaa area was Avaris, which had been considered as the main capital of Hyksos (Dynasty XV) from 1650 to 1542 B.C. The whole area was covered by the deltaic deposits during the successive flood events along Nile Delta. Geomagnetic and geoelectric surveys have been carried out in order to outline the subsurface archaeological remains in this area. The target area, which is about 10000 m2, was surveyed in grid pattern each of 20x 10 m for magnetic survey and 20 × 20 m for geoelectri‐ cal resistance survey. Integrated results of the magnetic and geoelectric data analysis have suc‐ ceeded in delineating a clear subsurface picture of archaeological remains. The results show many linear anomalies, which may represent buried walls, as well as some small archaeological remains detached from the main walls. Also, we could notice some rectangular features with different sizes, which might be described as remains of different archaeological buildings.
