Helen Titterton- Places of Welcome

Is a national scheme/network to encourage community points (such as church halls and community centres) to be an important point for people seeking informal support in communities. They welcome anyone to meet volunteers who run the Places of Welcome in accessible places and provide hospitality and also signposting to various organisations. It is also about encouraging people to rediscover their talents through volunteering. The number of places of welcome is growing in Staffordshire.
