Level C: Progression Walk: Demanding longer walk. For experienced walkers seeking a greater challenge. Fast pace. Off road. Up to 2 hours in length and terrain to include slopes, steps, stiles and uneven surfaces (Progression walks are not part of the Walking for Health programme).
