Simple Summary: This review has comprehensively summarized the most recent studies in the last few years about exosomal microRNAs on metastasis of breast cancer (BC), systematically outlined and elucidated the pleiotropic roles that exosomal microRNAs take, and discussed the specific underlying mechanisms related.
