We describe the evolu- tion of the system infrastructure, starting from the initial in- stallation in 2010 at one venue, to its use across a dozen venues today. We address the challenges of scaling the system through a combination of techniques, including dis- tributed monitoring, remote administration, and automated replay-generation.
