Circular Memo.No.REV01-LANA0LAND(PM)/17/2019, dt.03.12.2019. 3) Form-A(1) filed by the Tahsildar, Vatticherukuru through the Revenue Divisional Officer, Guntur 4) Form-A(2) State Gazette No.W.No.2, dt.10.01.2020. 5) Rc.No.3200/2019-G1, dt.03.02.2020 (Form-C) 6) District Gazette No.286, dt.03.02.2020 7) Negotiations Minutes., 8) Connected papers. &&& O R D E R: The Tahsildar, Vatticherukuru Mandal has filed Form-A(1) under Rule-4 of the RFCT LA R&R (Andhra Pradesh) Rules, 2018 for the exemption of Chapter-II & III of the Principal Act (I.e., Act No. 30 of 2013) to an extent of Ac. 1.00 cents in Survey Number 562-1 of Kornepadu Village for providing house sites under “Navaratnalau-PedalandarikiIllu” scheme. In accordance with the provisions contained in Section 10-A of the Act; a notification in Form-A(2) was issued under Rule-4 of the RFCT LA R&R (Andhra Pradesh) Rules, 2018 and exempted the provisions of Chapter-II & III of Principal Act (i.e., Act NO.30 of 2013) and it was published in the State Gazette No W.No.2, dt. 13.01.2020. Further, the proposed Survey Number and extents are changed due to the land owner has withdrawn his consent and alternative land was identified in adjacent village of Vatticherukuru to the beneficiaries of Karmapudipadu village and the present land owner in Survey Number 562-1 of Kornepadu village is given consent and Form – C proposals initiated through Erratta. Thereon, the Tahsildar, Vatticherukuru has filed Form-B, B(1) and B(2) and the Land Acquisition Officer cum Revenue Divisional Officer, Guntur has submitted Form-C Notification after verification of the land with land owners willingness for voluntary acquisition (sale) of land, Combined Sketch, FMB, Copy of Adangal, copy of RSR. After due verification, a Public Notice by way of Notification in Form-C was issued calling for objections to the acquisition if any, and claims from all the persons interested/affected within the 15 days from the date of publication of the said Form-C in the District Gazette No. 378 dt.03-02-2020. The said Notification in Form-C was also got published in (1) Village Secretariat/Ward Secretariat (2) Gram Panchayat Office (3) Tahsildar, Vatticherukuru Office and (4) MPDO Office Vatticherukuru and also informed the public by beat of Tom-Tom in the village of Kornepadu in Vatticherukuru Mandal. No objections have been received within the stipulated time. Negotiations: As per Rule 8 of the RFCT LA R&R (Andhra Pradesh) Rules, 2018 Negotiations Committed constituted with the following Officials to have negotiations with the land owner/owners for finalization of the payment compensation of the land. 1) The District Collector, Guntur 2) The Joint Collector, Guntur 3) The Revenue Divisional Officer, Guntur – Convener of the Committee, 4) Executive Engineer of a works Department(Other than the Requisition Department), 5) Representative of the requisition Department i.e., The Tahsildar, Vatticherukuru Mandal. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Guntur cum Land Acquisition Officer has submitted Market value proposals under Section-26 of the Principal Act (Act 30 of 2013) i.e., The Average sale price arrived under Section 26 of the RFCT LA R&R Act,2013 is Rs. 16,57,689/- per acre. As such, the average sale price is higher than the basic value Rs.15,00,000/- per acre and hence, the sale price of Rs.16,57,689/- per acre is taken into consideration to arrive at the total compensation for the land under acquisition as follows:- Land Multiplication Extent Land compensatio Sl. The Negotiation Committee examined the grading of land besides locality of the land and since the land is adjacent to Village Cheri and having Road Connection, requires no leveling, the committee has opined that it may just and proper to enhance the land compensation to a tune of Rs.46,00,000/- per acre. Accordingly, the Land Compensation per acre is fixed @ Rs 46,00,000/- per acre. The land owners are agreed to receive the land compensation as fixed supra by the Negotiation Committee. The apportionment is fixed based on Revenue Records, Title and Enjoyment of Land and after preparation of Sub-Division Record. The land Notified Sy.No. 562-1 in Form-C and Gazette is located in Sy.No.562-1A2 an extent of Ac.1.00 cts. as pre scrutinized record as follows: Amount of Sy.No. after Sy. Further, the “Nil” R&R Award as proposed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Guntur & Land Acquisition Officer is approved. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Guntur & Land Acquisition Officer is hereby directed to take further action for disbursement of the amount arrived under negotiation to the respective land owner as per procedure by obtaining details of bank accounts and other required documents after due verifying with the concerned Bank Manager whether or not the bank account is in force at the earliest and also complete incorporation of changes in the relevant records. This is the most valuable district level publication brought out by the Census Organisation on behalf of each State Govt./ Uni~n Territory a~ministratio~. It Inte:­ alia Provides data/information on· some of the baSIC demographic and soclo-economlc characteristics and on the availability of certain important civic amenities/facilities in each village and town of the respective ~i~tricts. This pub~i~ation has thus proved to be of immense utility to the pJanners., administrators, academiCians and researchers. The scope of the .DCH was initially confined to certain important census tables on population, economic and socia-cultural aspects as also the Primary Census Abstract (PCA) of each village and town (ward wise) of the district. The DCHs published after the 1961 Census contained a descriptive account of the district, administrative statistics, census tables and Village and Town Directories including PCA. After the 1971 Census, two parts of the District Census Handbooks (Part-A comprising Village and Town Directories and Part-B com~iSing Village and Town PCA) were released in all the States and Union Territories. Th ri art (C) of the District Census Handbooks comprising administrative statistics and distric census tables, which was also to be brought out, could not be published in many States/UTs due to considerable delay in compilation of relevant material.

    10/31/2018 District Irrigation Profiles IRRIGATION PROFILE OF GUNTUR DISTRICT *Click here for Ayacut Map INTRODUCTION The Guntur district was formed on 1st October 1904 with head quarters at Guntur.57 Mandals have come into existence with effect from 25.05.1985 in Guntur District in place of erst while taluks and Firkhas. The population of the district is 48,87,813 persons as per census 2011. The District is bounded on the North by Krishna and Nalgonda district of Telangana State, on the west by Prakasam and Mahaboobnagar districts on the South by Prakasam district and on the East by Krishna district and Bay of Bengal. It is situated between 150° -18' and 16°-50', of the Northern Latitude and 70°-10' and 80°-55', of the Eastern Longitude. The District is rich in mineral resources. The principal minerals available are lime stone, lime kankar, copper and lead. Limestone is being utilized by the Cement factories. There are copper mines at Agnigundala of Ipur Mandal. The District head quarters is connected with broad gauge railway line from Secunderabad, Guntakal, Bangalore, Visakhpatnam and Chennai. The area of the district is mainly covered under major irrigation i.e. Nagauna Sagar Jawahar Canal and Krishna Western Delta & Guntur channel and No. of other minor irrigation sources. The Average rain fall of the District is 1072.60 mm. The climate is generally warm in Summer and the heat is very severe in Rentachintala. The important rivers in the district are the Krishna, Gundlakamma, Naguleru and Chandravanka. The river Krishna travels about 250 Kms, along the border.
