Year 2021 Language English Pages 46+ 1 Appendix Name of Supervisor Thomas Sabel In these modern days it has never been easier to take videos yourself with your mobile phone, but the question is should you use them in your company’s marketing? The aim of the study is to find this out by analyzing theories on marketing and what marketing really is as well as by sending out a questionnaire to companies of different sizes in the Vaasa region. The main goal of the thesis is to gather information which I can use in my own work as entrepreneur and to answer whether the quality of the marketing videos matter as much anymore, if yes, then when and where. A further aim is to elicit general opinions about filmmaking. The questionnaire also intends to find out how much money is reasonable to spend on a marketing video.
