Welcome to MemberVault. My name is Katrina Scarlett and I am the Chief Happiness Officer here with Team MV. In this short video, I want to give you a highlight of the MemberVault experience from the front side of a MemberVault account, as well as the back side of a MemberVault account. Now the front side is really the MemberVault site itself, the area that your people engage with. The back end experience is your admin area where you create your products manager settings, as well as manage your users among many other things. For the sake of this particular video, we're looking our beta site, is actually a clone of our MV Marketplace. The MV Marketplace is where we offer various trainings and resources with MemberVault users. Now not to worry if you're not yet a user of the platform, below this demo video in our supporting copy, I'll provide you with the to the MV Marketplace. So you can go and take a peek and a closer poke around at that site before you decide whether or not to join the platform. Now, we're looking at this beta site from the perspective of a visitor. And I know that because I can see the sign in prompt here in the right corner. If I was logged in as a user, which I'll show you in a moment, we would see my username here in the top corner instead. The main area I really want to point out first here for us is our welcome area. This is an optional space that you don't have to use. But it is a great way to welcome new people to your site, as well as set context for you are, what you do, who you serve, and the of content available through your MemberVault site. Along with a welcome image or welcome video, you can also include one or two call to action buttons for an additional experience. Once somebody has reviewed your welcome area, they can go ahead and

And this could be all free or paid products or an assortment of age. But for the sake of this demo, we're going to take a closer look at our lightning fast courses product, we see a brief product description here, which is really only meant to be one to two sentences, enough to really entice somebody to want to either join this product or engage with it. So we want to learn more. So we're going to go ahead and click the Learn More button, which takes us to the product page. This is where somebody can learn more information about the product and a decision on whether or not they want to join. So the content that we see here is really essentially this sales copy for this product, even if it's free. It's the content that's going to somebody make a decision on whether or not they want to join. along the side, we also see the various modules that are included within this product, which is a great way to add some value perception to the person who is considering joining. Once somebody decides to join the product, they can go ahead and use the call to action button to the opt in form or the purchase form. If this was a paid product, you also have the ability to integrate your MemberVault account with a number of email services that we integrate with. And if you choose to do that and use a service that we integrate with, when somebody joins your product, their name and email address will be relayed to your email service for you allowing you to communicate with them further about the product that they've just joined. And in using our actions feature, you can continue to tag those people in your email service when they either added to your product or complete other engagement milestones, so that you can be nurturing them specific to the experience they're having within your MemberVault account. Now let's go back to our main menu or our main page, sorry by clicking the Home icon here. And I want to show you what this experience is like when I log in as a user. So I'll go ahead and click Sign In. And I will log in as one of my demo accounts. As you'll see the overall feel of the site doesn't change but the layout of the products do. Now I have a my product section which highlights the two products I currently have access to in this MemberVault site, I may have opted into any of these products that they were free or purchased them if they're paid, or maybe the account owner gave me manual access for another different reason. But these are the products that I can go into and engage with in terms of accessing the content. But below the my products area. I also have an available products area which shows to me all of the other products offered within this MemberVault site that I can go ahead and join again they might be or they might be paid. But they're available for me to engage with by joining right now, this is really the binge and buy methodology of MemberVault, at its best, because people can now take in any of your offers when the timing an offer is right for them. They don't need to for them to have an email sequence delivered to them or to go through a funnel of upsells and down cells, and one offers because they can come right to your MemberVault site and purchase that product when the opportunity and timing is right for them, rather than having to wait for your marketing calendar to offer

So we'll go ahead and click view product. And now we see the product from the user experience of somebody who already owns access to this product. So instead of the previous kind of sales copy that we saw before, we now see a brief welcome message. And we now see that we have access to all of the modules along the side here. And when we click on one of them, it will take us into that module and any of the lessons included. In this case, there's just one lesson included. So we can go right into that lesson. And we can start engaging with the content right away. Once we've completed this lesson, we can move on to the next module using the button right here. So with that, let's go check out the back end experience of a MemberVault site, the admin area. When we log into our admin space, here, we'll see a brief dashboard that has some notices from team and V. As well as some general engagement data. All of your various settings and areas are located along the left hand side right here. And I'm not going to go into each of those today, because that would make this video much longer than it needs to be for a demo. But I do want to focus on the Products section for you really quickly here. The product section or products, space or page is where you create and manage your products as you build them. So we'll go in and we'll take a look again at the lightning fast courses from the back end of the platform by clicking Edit. This takes us to the product settings page where we can make tons of setting changes to our product, setup payment options, add in our sales, copy our welcome message, etc. So there's lots of various settings available on the product settings page. But I actually want to draw your attention to our modules list here. Your modules and MemberVault are essentially your categories of content within a product. And within your modules. You're going to add lessons lessons are the teachable are shareable pieces of content for that category, or that module. In a MemberVault, all of your offers. Anything that you want somebody to either subscribe to or purchase is created as a product and follows the framework of having modules and lessons within the modules. Whether you're creating a challenge or a video training, or a course a one to one client have a membership, it doesn't matter in MemberVault. They're all created as products with modules and lessons, what changes the type of product is really how you organize your content within those modules and lessons. And maybe even the way that somebody joins for example, a membership is really a membership because it is a subscription based product where somebody pays on a monthly or a weekly basis to maintain access to it. That's really what makes a membership product a membership. But at the root of it. It's still created as a product with modules and lessons within it. So with that, I hope you've enjoyed this demo of both the front side of a MemberVault site, as well as the back side of the admin area. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] and below again this demo video you'll some supporting copy and some suggested readings to really help you get even more of a feel for the platform. And from there I hope you choose to join MemberVault and give it a try yourself.
