Whose job is it anyway? Case studies Ángela Bachiller is a city councillor for Valladolid in Spain. She also has Down’s Syndrome. She is a member of the People's Party and has been a councillor since 29 July 2013. Before this, she worked for 2½ years at Valladolid City Hall.
