In addition to this, we will start distributing information in English via Twitter account. １．Scheduled service starting date From around 10:00 on December 24th (Tue), 2019 ２．Distribution information If a delay of more than 30 minutes occurs or is expected in the JR East area between 4 o'clock and 2 o'clock on the next day, we will inform the train operation status.
