Any signs erected will be in keeping with the rest of the village. Separately a resident had spoken with the Orchard Lane building developer regarding erecting signs to warn for Children, Stop and the speed limit. Councillor S Pritchard is going to liaise with the building developer with regards to erecting the necessary signs. 4.5 Concerns over numerous signs throughout the village. Harrogate Tipple are to discuss concerns with Chairperson D Bowes and Councillor S Pritchard. 5. Councillor M Harrison previously offered £1000 from the County Council, which the Parish Councillors confirmed they would still wish to receive. J Duke confirmed that a website for the playground is being created, but has not gone live yet.

This generates profit for the council and new homes for the area. 7.4 For all the new developments the council has no control over the amount of local provisions within the area including schools and doctors. 8.
