These are some of the big, essential questions that Bo Adams will address in his portion of the collaborative sharing with Katlyn Grasso. Moreover, Bo will share what School 3.0 could look like as educators work to transform schooling from the industrial model to the innovation model. GenHERation founder Katlyn Grasso epitomizes the innovation mindset as someone who bridged the classroom and real life in practice. Katlyn will share her personal story of how she started four businesses while she was in high school and college. She will highlight how professionals across different industries can use entrepreneurship to revitalize their workplace. Katlyn will also share how the findings of her global research on girls’ leadership development can be applied to any work environment to promote a culture of growth and collaboration.
