Conservation of Arctic Flora and Fauna (CAFF) Arctic Council Working Group Kautokeino, Finnmark, Norway February 1-2, 2017 TRAVEL AND LOGISTICAL INFORMATION Meeting The CAFF meeting will be held in the town of Kautokeino, Finnmark, Norway from February 1-2, 2017 and will take place at the Diehtosiida knowledge and conference centre [see map here]. Accommodations: A block of rooms has been reserved at the Thon Hotel Kautokeino. In order to take advantage of the block booking rate of NOK 985 (approximately $120 US/ night including breakfast) delegates are asked to book their accommodation by January 2. Registration: All delegates are required to register for the CAFF Biennial through the following website [http://caff.is/caff-biennial-kautokeino]. The registration website will be open from until December 19. Entry formalities All delegates must possess valid travel documents and, where necessary, a visa for entry into Norway. Visa requests should be submitted via the Norwegian Embassy in the delegation’s national capital.
