ENGINEERING A. Request adoption of the 2008 Port Building Code. (Resolution No. 07-85) 10. MARITIME A. Request approval of Lease No. L-14399 between the Port and Crosslink, Inc., dba Westar Marine Services, for premises located at Pier 50, Shed C, and Pier 48½. (Resolution No. 07-86) B. Request approval of First Amendment to Berthing Agreement and Lease No. L-13533 with California Sealift Terminals, Inc. for premises located at Pier 50 and 96. (Resolution No. 07-87) C. Request authorization to enter into a grant agreement with the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, as a co-applicant with Princess Cruises, for $1,900,000 in grant funding for construction of shoreside power at Pier 27. Request approval of Memorandum of Understanding No. M-14290 between the Port and the Department of Elections for approximately 86,954 square feet of Pier 48, Shed B, for a term of 36 months with a one-year option, commencing January 1, 2008.
