She is a member of the editorial board of the New Jersey Law Journal and The American Law Institute’s Members Consultative Group for the Restatement of the Law Third, Employment Law. Previously, she was a member of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. Ms. Duffy has been practicing employment law for nearly thirty years.
