Terms and Conditions

1. Orders are due by December 15th 2018 for minitubers to be picked up Spring 2020. A 50% advance payment will be required by February 1st with remainder due at time of shipment. The listed minituber price does not include shipping. You are obligated to purchase any ordered minitubers. 2. In the event of a crop failure or shortfall, buyers will be notified as soon as possible after harvest and refunds will be made for minitubers that cannot be delivered. The University of Idaho Nuclear Seed Program will not be responsible for any damages that might arise out of its inability to deliver the ordered amount of minitubers. 3. No representation of any kind, expressed or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quality or freedom from disease, is made by the University of Idaho concerning certified seed potatoes which extends beyond state certification requirements. All minitubers are inspected and tested through the state of Idaho. 4. I acknowledge the importance of prompt payment. Notification of the acceptance of orders will be made at time of order, along with a bill for the advance payment. I agree to pay 50% in advance for the University of Idaho minitubers I have ordered, with the remainder due at time of shipment or pickup.
