Division I coaches may attend June scholastic events as outlined in the Division I Manual in the bylaws for "June Evaluation Periods".
NCAA Division I men's basketball coaches may attend scholastic events operated in accordance with NCAA bylaws, policies, and procedures and certified/approved by the NCAA Enforcement and Approvals Group (ECAG), the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS), the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) or the California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA). Division I coach attendance is permissible at the scholastic events below during the dates/times identified.

Thank you for reaching out to the KHSAA about our two approved NCAA June Scholastic Events, managed under the auspices of the NFHS. The events are being hosted by Collins High School in Shelbyville (Titans / Rocket) and Ashland Blazer High School in Ashland (Kentucky / West Virginia Shootout). We are proud to work alongside our coaches association in ensuring the requisite NCAA standards are upheld.

Coaches should be aware that with many season adjustments this year due to COVID-19, most of the schools that will be participating finished their seasons much later in the calendar year than normal and are just now finalizing off-season and summer play plans. Thank you for reaching out to the KHSAA about our two approved NCAA June Scholastic Events, managed under the auspices of the NFHS. The events are being hosted by Collins High School in Shelbyville (Titans / Rocket) and Ashland Blazer High School in Ashland (Kentucky / West Virginia Shootout). We are proud to work alongside our coaches association in ensuring the requisite NCAA standards are upheld.
The best contact for specific information about the event is the lead coach host at each site. Coach Chris Gaither ([email protected]) is the main host of the Titans/Rocket event and Coach Jason Mays ([email protected]) is the main host of the Kentucky/West Virginia event.
Coaches should be aware that with many season adjustments this year due to COVID-19, most of the schools that will be participating finished their seasons much later in the calendar year than normal and are just now finalizing off-season and summer play plans. These coaches will be able to keep you informed.
